Shopping on hot summer eventings - June to August is the time of the "long shopping evenings" in the centre of Lana. These evenings are a meeting point for locals and guests to stroll and browse through the shops. Excursion organised by the Tourism Cooperative of San Vigilio - San Martino in collaboration with the Ladin Institute "Micurá de Rü", within the framework of the project of the Municipality of Marebbe "La Pli, the treasure to be unveiled" - financed by the Ministry of Culture PNRR M1C3 - ATTRACTIVITY OF HISTORIC VILLAGES. The viles and the "Ladin settlement model": development cycles of a social formation During the excursion, you will undertake the exciting discovery of the landscape and architecture of the viles of Pieve di Marebbe. You will be able to see how the Ladins knew how to anthropise the territory and make the most of the internal differences between the various forms of social settlement, producing and reproducing the conditions of their existence according to the principle of optimising the available economic resources, on the one hand, and handing them down intact in their potential to future generations, on the other. The route is approx. 8 km. Duration 3 hours. It starts in the centre of Pieve di Marebbe, then passes Brach, Ciaseles, Frontü, Biei, Fordora, Frena, La Costa, Cianoré, and then returns to Pieve di Marebbe again

Our adventurous hike starts at the bus stop in front of the Mittertal church, we walk to Kaltenbrunn and from there we take the trail no. 13 to the area "Senner Berg" (below the mountain hut Bärnfiechtalm). We enjoy a picnic and hike back down to the valley. Varied day tour through a rugged and impressive landscape. We draw new life energy from water, air, earth and light and thus experience nature in different ways. We look at animals and plants and identify some herbs together. Take a whole day for yourself and turn your back on everyday life, relax and recharge your batteries.

The music band of La Val enlivens the social life of the village with its cheerfulness. This long tradition is kept alive thanks to people of all ages who passionately and voluntarily devote their free time to this activity. On this exciting adventure hike with the Stelvio miller and his Nörggele, you will learn about the life of the miller and his mill. Accompanied by legends and various games about the mill, you will learn about the processing of the grain through to the finished bread. Route: The meeting point is the parking lot at the fishing lake in Stilfs, from where we will travel by private car to the Faslar farms. Together with the Stelvio miller, we walk along the Vallatsches farms to the Vallatsches mill and back again. The hike takes a total of 3 to 4 hours, with a pure walking time of around 2 hours. Lungiarù is a small village nestled in the Dolomites, a hidden gem where ancient traditions are perpetuated from generation to generation, keeping a thousand-year-old culture alive. The symbol of this rich history is the Valle dei Mulini, a path that follows the course of a stream, whose power is harnessed by ancient mills. A market is held at the nearby Lüch de Vanc farm and an old mill in the valley is back in operation, just as it was over a hundred years ago. The mill day is fun for everyone, with horse riding, children's activities and walks, offering a fantastic Thursday for the whole family.
