Shuttle Val di Fosse - Every Wednesday a shuttle minibus takes you from Naturno to the Vorderkaser parking lot. From there you can hike through the charming Val di Fosse. The Alpine adventure trail is considered one of the most beautiful sections of the Merano High Mountain Trail and offers unique views of the mountain giants of the Texel Group. Limited booster seats are available for children. Dogs are only transported on request and with a muzzle. Bicycle transportation is not possible. The return journey must be booked separately.

An adventure for the whole family! Participants can experience the thrill of wild water on the Adige River in specially rafts, guided by professional instructors from the outdoor activity organization "Acquaterra". A shuttle service will bring our guests from Algund Town Hall to Kastelbell in the Vinschgau Valley, the starting point of the tour.

The ascent to Sas dla Para above the Fodara Vedla hut at 2,460 m offers a breathtaking view up to Cortina d’Ampezzo. Observe the shimmering roofs of the houses in the distance and experience the feeling of freedom, like the Alpine choughs dancing in the rhythm of the wind over your heads.

Departure in Barbiano/Village Square at 9.30am and return from the parking lot "Huber Kreuz" at 4.30pm. The ticket for the round trip is free with the Klausen Card for members of the Tourist Association Chiusa, Barbiano, Velturno and Villandro and for non-members € 8.00. The Alpe di Barbiano is a perfect starting point for lovely hiking tours to the Corno del Renon, the most beautiful viewpoint of South Tyrol. Appropriate hiking clothes, rain shelter and good footwear are recommended. A bus will take you and your bike to Glorenza or Curon at the Lake Reschen. Cycle along the "Val Venosta bycicle path" back to Naturno and enjoy a unique view over the surrounding mountains. You can rent bikes in our bike stores directly in the center of Naturno or at the bike rental of the Val Venosta train. The total distance from Curon to Naturno is about 65 km. Child seats, baskets and the e-bike batteries must be dismantled for transport. Please do not forget the key for the battery. Dogs are transported only on request and with muzzle.

From St. Martin, the hike leads along a wide track past the alpine pasture towards Vigiljoch. We leave this and continue through a beautiful spruce forest to Mahlbach. We walk along the Alpenrosenweg trail to the Weiler Aschbach, which lies high above the Vinschgau Valley and offers a magnificent view. Guided farm hike in Laion and its surroundings. The bus takes us from Laion to Pontives. From here we hike with our hiking guide Helmuth along the posttrail to the Oberspisser mountain farm, where we can immerse ourselves in rural life. In the meantime, the table is set for lunch (not included). We reach our third stop, the Fallerhof, via the posttrail. A tasting awaits us here and together we immerse ourselves in the world of the farm. The day ends with a hike back to Laion. Bread baking at the Museum: From 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. there will be a demonstration of how bread was baked according to a traditional Passeiertal Valley recipes. Sonja will provide you with information about the South Tyrolean Alpine apple, variety overview, cultivation methods, field work, processing, and marketing. Beekeeper Walter answers all these questions and gives the participants further interesting information about the industrious helpers of our nature. With the appropriate protective equipment, you can marvel at the inner workings of a beehive and experience at first hand how honey is made, harvested and processed. At the end, you can taste the honey products made on the premises.
