The Biathlon Centre at the the Martelltal valley is located at 1,700 m. It is one of the most modern biathlon centres in the Alpine region, and snow is guaranteed here. It is a training camp and venue for national and international competitions. A guided shooting and safety training session with a small-bore rifle will introduce you to the fascinating world of biathlon.

Once we arrive at the "Lido" café by the lake, we give our animals a break for an hour, where you can treat yourself to a well-deserved ice cream or refreshment. During the hour's stay, each participant is free to use their time as they wish. On a hot summer's day, the lake invites you to swim, and if you want to satisfy your hunger at lunchtime, you can have a small snack in the "Lido" café or eat a delicious burger in Sea 23. For all honey lovers, the Beekeeping Museum is located in the immediate vicinity and is well worth a visit. In addition to the bee products on sale there, you shouldn't miss a tour of the museum. After the break, we make our way back to Linzbach with our tame stallions. Note: If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to convert this tour into a shorter trek. Some things are worth an early rise, even on holiday. You will be rewarded with the unique experience of an Alpine sunrise. We will take the cable car to reach an altitude of 2,000 metres and set off in the dark, experiencing how the new day arises from the silence of the night one step at a time. After an easy hike (approx 40 minutes, 130 meters elevation gain) to the Steinermandl panoramic platform, we will savour the magical moment when the first sun rays bathe the mountains in their bright light. Shuttle Val di Fosse - A shuttle minibus takes you from Naturns to the Vorderkaser parking lot. From there you can hike through the charming Val di Fosse. The Alpine adventure trail is considered one of the most beautiful sections of the Merano High Mountain Trail and offers unique views of the mountain giants of the Texel Group. Would you like to join us and help create a cleaner environment? Experience nature and do something good: our hike in the Sciliar-Catinaccio Nature Park offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the chance to actively protect the environment: Together, we clean up litter and send a strong message for sustainability. CleanUP kits can be picked up directly at the information point by the Völser Weiher, so all participants are well equipped for litter collection. The information point also serves as a collection station, where the waste gathered in the forest can be dropped off. The cleanup hike begins at the Völser Weiher Information point at 1,050 meters and leads to the Tuffalm at an altitude of 1,270 meters. The cleanup will take approximately 2 hours and covers around 4 kilometers. Minors may only participate if accompanied by a parent. The CleanUp Days taking place in South Tyrol from September 18 to 21, 2025, are supported by a broad network: during these four days of action, South Tyrol’s nature parks, IDM South Tyrol, the PATRON association, and numerous local tourism organizations invite citizens to clean up trails and walking paths by collecting litter from the environment.

Elisabeth from the Moschwaldalm in Hafling has the right knack and is happy to share her knowledge with you. Together you will prepare South Tyrolean dumplings in the traditional way. The location offers a special ambience: the Moschwald Alm, which is nestled between forest and meadows at 1,750m above sea level. The prepared dishes are then tasted. The time has come, our live cooking show “Glurns Koch” will take place again this year on Thursday, September 18, 2025. The show will be held as a part of the “Palabiratage” in the town hall Glurns . The focus is on South Tyrolean cuisine – above all the “Palabirne”, our local producers, restaurants and the great personalities behind them, who will conjure up culinary delights for you. Market stalls and live music, that creates an atmospheric ambience, will accompany the cooking show. With the following tasting, there is nothing left to desire – we are looking forward to your visit!

The South Tyrol CleanUP Days are entering their third round - for the first time on the Tschögglberg! Whether alone, with friends, family or work colleagues: Choose your route, pick up a free CleanUP kit and enter your route on the interactive map. The result is a digital map full of commitment to a clean future. The three tourism associations from the Tschögglberg (Hafling-Vöran-Meran 2000, Mölten, Jenesien) have joined this campaign for the first time. There are also 13 other destinations throughout South Tyrol - from the Seiser Alm to the Ahrntal. Many hotels, businesses, cable cars and tourism professionals are taking part and sending out a signal for more responsibility in tourism. The South Tyrol CleanUP Days are part of the PATRON CleanUP Tour 2025, a supra-regional environmental initiative that operates in the German- and Italian-speaking Alpine region from spring to autumn. The CleanUP Days South Tyrol are a joint initiative in support of nature and environmental protection. From September 18 to 21, 2025, dedicated people all over South Tyrol will remove refuse from nature, helping to preserve a clean and unspoiled landscape.

CLEANUP KITS

To help with litter collection, a free CleanUP Kit is provided, consisting of a rubbish bag and a durable stainless-steel litter picker. The kit can be picked up at one of the designated collection points.

THE CLEANUP MAP

With the CleanUP Map, participants can enter their own collection routes, choose from existing ones, and document their activities. This makes it visible how many people are taking part and where collections have already been done. Simply scan the QR code to access the CleanUP Map.
