ASV Football Kiens warmly invites you to the Kiens Christmas Market! On November 30, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM at the Community Center in Kiens. Come by and enjoy a cozy day filled with Christmas spirit, delicious food, and lots of surprises!

From 3:00 – 5:00 PM, we’ll craft little autumn elves and charming candle holders for Advent. Using natural materials, wooden beads, felt, fabric scraps, and colorful paper, we’ll create magical little artworks – perfect for gifts or decorating your home!

Various choirs and music groups welcome the Advent season with reflective and enchanting songs. Afterwards warm drinks and pastries are served for everyone. This is what Advent should be.

On the first Sunday in Advent, the House of Culture in Steinegg is transformed into an atmospheric Christmas market, organised by the charity women of Steinegg. The traditional market offers a warm atmosphere, lovingly designed stands and a diverse range of handmade products, delicious treats and festive decorations. The special thing about this Christmas market is that all the net proceeds go to charity. The 20 or so active members of the association and numerous supporters from Steinegg and the surrounding area work hard to make this day a very special event. Immerse yourself in the pre-Christmas atmosphere and do good at the same time.

Experience the magic of Advent at a charming Christmas market. Enjoy a cozy afternoon in a festive atmosphere, surrounded by Christmas melodies. Treat yourself to delicious coffee and handmade cake. For the little ones, there is a craft and play area where they can also have lots of fun during this special season.

The magic of Christmas shines brighter than ever! With our new Christmas lights, we set a radiant symbol of community, hope, and joyful anticipation for the most wonderful time of the year. At the opening event, we want to join together, accompanied by the children’s choir and the lights that brighten the night, to welcome the Advent season.

A cozy evening in the church of Saltaus/Saltusio invites everyone to join in Advent singing. The Jägerchor Passeier (hunter's chorus from Passeiertal Valley), the Bläsergruppe Saltaus (brass ensemble of Saltaus/Saltusio), and the Frauenchor St. Martin (women’s choir of St. Martin/S. Martino) perform traditional Advent and Christmas songs, creating a contemplative and festive atmosphere. Get into the spirit of Advent and enjoy musical highlights together.

Twinkling lights, scent of pine—and a question: How much does the traditional nativity scene weigh? On site, a handcrafted nativity scene by nativity master Helga Prünster will be displayed, and visitors can guess its weight. Whoever comes closest wins the nativity! Each participant may submit one guess and will receive a number to present at the drawing on December 21, 2025. Important: Only those present at the drawing can claim the prize.

Between burnout and special missions. A sparkling cabaret evening organized by the Bildungsausschuss St. Leonhard (Education Committee), full of energy, humor, and life wisdom. Laughter highly recommended – and absolutely allowed! The event will take place only in German.

In the Christmas card workshop with Maria Jocher, kids can become little artists, stamping, printing, and decorating their own unique cards. A proud and joyful way to get into the holiday spirit!

Workshops and entertainment for children. Christmas is an exciting time for children, and the Merano Christmas Markets have reserved a space for them dedicated to imagination and creativity.

The Towau-Brass group of the Dobbiaco/Toblach Music Band will provide musical accompaniment at the Christmas market from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Look forward to an evening full of beautiful music!

During Alm Advent, the alpine huts transform into cozy places filled with festive anticipation on all Advent Sundays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Visitors can look forward to mulled wine, South Tyrolean specialties, a lovingly designed children’s program with crafting and storytelling, as well as stalls offering homemade products.

Each Advent Sunday features its own special highlight:

On the 1st Sunday of Advent (30/11/2025), an alpine devotion takes place at 2 pm, accompanied by a four-part choir and then the brass ensemble of the Valles music band.

On the 2nd Sunday of Advent (07/12/2025), St. Nicholas visits the hut at 2 pm, with musical accompaniment by the Terento men’s choir.

On the 3rd Sunday of Advent (14/12/2025), the brass ensemble of the Rodeneck music band provides contemplative music.

The 4th Sunday of Advent (21/12/2025) is accompanied musically by Thomas Mahlknecht and Johannes Oberhofer

A heartwarming Advent experience for young and old alike!

Glühwein (mulled wine) stand directly at the village center of Valas.

From November 30, 2025, to January 6, 2026, Tramin will shine for the sixth time with Christmas splendor: the Tramin Advent Fountains invite visitors to a contemplative winter stroll through the festively decorated village. In total, 17 lovingly crafted fountains – from Rungg to Bethlehem and the village center, as well as in St. Jakob, the northern districts, and Söll – will be illuminated by local residents with festive decorations. A heartfelt thanks goes to them for their dedication and creativity. Especially by candlelight on the Advent Sundays, the historic fountains exude a special charm and invite visitors to pause, marvel, and linger.

The Villandro Nativity Scene Friends are creating a Nativity Scene Route in the village from the village to the parish church for the entire Advent period until the Three Wise Men. Showcases have been made in which various nativity scenes are exhibited.

Discover the nativity scenes in Salorno From 4 p.m., when night falls, thelights will bring our village to life and we can visit the illuminated nativity scenes.

A cheerful winter story about friendship, courage, and the magic of Christmas – to listen to, feel with, and smile about. The reading will take place only in German.

Advent calendar dedicated to peace, designed by people with disabilities. The pictures can be purchased in postcard format at the WunderBar on Großer Graben.

Publishing houses and workshops offer a glimpse into the former wooden toy industry – and historic inns and hotels trace the valley’s transformation from a dream destination for alpinists to a popular year-round tourist hotspot.
You can embark on this journey through time in Ortisei with the help of a knowledgeable guide. The tour, offered in English, German or Italian depending on the participants, lasts 1.5 hours and is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
