On the full moon nights, the trails and the ski rental of the Cross-country ski centre Monte Pana will be open for you. The admission is free. The cross-country tracks are 30 km long, you can choose between 5 tracks of various levels of difficulty.

From 3:00 – 5:00 PM, we’ll craft little autumn elves and charming candle holders for Advent. Using natural materials, wooden beads, felt, fabric scraps, and colorful paper, we’ll create magical little artworks – perfect for gifts or decorating your home!

The evening will start with a torchlight descent of the ski instructors. Then the ski show of all the Alta Badia ski schools will begin. An explosion of talent, creativity and love for the mountains!

Classical music concert by mezzo-soprano Sabina Willeit, accompanied on piano by Giorgio Fasciolo. We will hear works by Gounod, Fauré, Ravel, Debussy, Adam, Wolf, and Cornelius.

On the Upper Passer Promenade (near the Post Bridge), you will find Goldie's House, the mascot of Merano Christmas, which welcomes its little guests aged 4 and up during the weekends and Christmas holidays. The traditional Brenner market takes place every 5th and 20th of the month throughout the year. If this day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, then the market takes place on Saturday before. At the market stalls many different interesting things, such as clothing, utensils and goodies for snacking are waiting. The market takes place every summer from 8.30 to 14.30 During the winter months, it opens from 9.00 to 14:00

A cold, starry January is making its way into the heart of winter, and a magic can be felt in the air. The children are excited and full of enthusiasm, because they know that this evening will be special. It is the evening of the meeting with the "poscignara", the Ladin Befana! After her arrival, the Befana begins to distribute her gifts, taking small packages from her bag and handing them out to the children. The farmwomen from La Val will be delighted to treat you with specialties from the Ladin tradition!

Experience the tradition of the "Donacia" and the Three Kings at the Christmas market in Corvara, a Ladin tradition that is still preserved today! The Donacia, the Ladin Befana and an old witch, comes with a large broom to sweep away the old year and drive out evil spirits. For the children who have behaved well, she brings a sweet surprise! She is accompanied by the Three Kings, Caspar, Melchior, and Balthasar, who visit the Baby Jesus and honor him with songs, gold, frankincense, and myrrh. These ancient traditions, full of songs, gifts, and rituals, make the Epiphany a special moment you won't want to miss.

Christmas in Brixen ends with the arrival of the long-awaited Befana on the cathedral square, followed by the Three Kings and a procession with over sixty costumed performers.

Opening of the photo exhibition "All'inizio tutto era mare", "In the Beginning Everything Was Sea", by Matteo Agreiter, a young local photographer and videomaker; he combines his passion for the mountains with visual creativity. His images convey authentic emotions and invite you to discover the beauty of nature. Free entry and live music with Emily and Mattia.

In this concert series, the stage is transformed into a small, intimate workshop where children can experiment and experience excitement. Through listening, movement and interaction, children will be the true protagonists of the experience. Among music stands and instruments – in this case violins, violas and cellos – they will be able to try their hand at creating their own concert, discovering the joy of music for themselves.

Experience a truly unforgettable evening on snow: More than 200 ski and snowboard instructors from the Ski Schools Selva, Santa Cristina and Ortisei take the stage with a spectacular ski show full of action, emotion and perfectly synchronized performances. With dynamic formations, impressive light effects, music and acrobatic elements, the Val Gardena ski schools showcase their passion, skill and long-standing tradition in one breathtaking performance. The team includes former World Cup athletes, professional coaches, freestyle and cross-country specialists, as well as instructors dedicated to teaching children and people with disabilities.

The Dumpling Pleasure Marathon – An event where active fun, nature and cuisine come together! Along the 50 km Val Casies cross-country trail, skiers can join at many access points and set their own pace. Walkers use the signposted winter hiking paths that lead past participating venues. From 11:00–16:00, hosts serve dumpling specialities – from hearty speck dumplings to beetroot and herb dumplings, through to dumplings with goulash; for dessert, sweet dumplings. It’s about the experience, not the race.

In the evening we set off for a special experience in the mountains. We enjoy the tranquility of the atmosphere and hike togheter on the Alpe di Siusi and experience the magic of the full moon, while I am going to tell you interesting stories about the area. To conclude our hike we stop for dinner at the Gostner hut.

Moonlight Classic - cross country race by night Moonlight Classic Seiser Alm is a cross-country-skiing race on the Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi / South Tyrol / Italy. The distances are 15 and 30 km,the classic diagonal style only is allowed. We promote young talents, support us! For every registration, the Moonlight Classic organisation committee donates one Euro, which will be doubled by a sponsor, to the South Tyrolean Sports Aid in order to support the young athlethes.

On the Long Saturdays, experience tobogganing fun in a different way: For all those who can't get enough of winter sports, the cable car runs even longer on these days! The cable car runs from 08:30 to 16:30 and from 17:00 to 19:00, all huts are also open for you. Dinner in the huts only for guests with reservation!
