Experience South Tyrolean tradition
The autumn custom of Törggelen has a centuries-old tradition in South Tyrol. After the successful harvest in autumn, the farmers of the area met and celebrated with new wine, cabbage and smoked meat, doughnuts and chestnuts. To this day, Törggelen is considered by South Tyroleans to be an expression of conviviality and joie de vivre.
