Kaiserschmarrn is good! Cooking it is really easy, as long as you keep a few tricks in mind. In this cookery course, farmer Brigitte from Avelengo reveals the recipe for a delicious Kaiserschmarrn and shows children the tricks to achieve a fluffy result on the plate, so that they can easily recreate it at home. With Brigitte, you will not only learn the recipe for the original South Tyrolean Kaiserschmarrn, but you will also have a special farm experience, as farm products, such as eggs, are harvested fresh from the henhouse! Parents are of course also very welcome can graze a little bit of the tasty Kaiserschmarrn. In the event of bad weather, the tour will not take place. The guided e-bike tour starts at the Rent and Go bike rental at the Ratschings valley station. We start with a group game and playfully learn the most important riding safety tips. Afterwards we drive together along the Pfeifer Huisele path to Flading to the barefoot path with Kneipp facility. There we have a little refreshment at the witches' fountain. An all-time favourite with young and old alike and a sustainable novelty here in our climes, which offer perfect conditions to our furry friends from North America, is a trekking tour with llamas. In addition to an informative guided tour, the trekking also includes a tour of the farm where the animals are kept, insights into farm life and, last but not least, a "Marende" (afternoon snack) at the Waldharthof farm. An unforgettable experience! Enjoy hiking through Naz-Sciaves/Natz-Schabs with the fluffy animals. Afterwards you will also get an insight into farm life and enjoy a South Tyrolean snack.

With all your senses on the trail of wild herbs. Together, we will create a plant-based product to take home and afterwards taste delicious herbal delicacies. Participants: max. 12 pers.

Some things are worth an early rise, even on holiday. You will be rewarded with the unique experience of an Alpine sunrise. We will take the cable car to reach an altitude of 2,000 metres and set off in the dark, experiencing how the new day arises from the silence of the night one step at a time. After an easy hike (approx 40 minutes, 130 meters elevation gain) to the Steinermandl panoramic platform, we will savour the magical moment when the first sun rays bathe the mountains in their bright light. The experience is rounded off by a stopover for refreshments at a mountain hut. (Consumption against payment) The descent by cable car is available from 8:30 a.m. Warm clothing is recommended. Once we arrive at the "Lido" café by the lake, we give our animals a break for an hour, where you can treat yourself to a well-deserved ice cream or refreshment. During the hour's stay, each participant is free to use their time as they wish. On a hot summer's day, the lake invites you to swim, and if you want to satisfy your hunger at lunchtime, you can have a small snack in the "Lido" café or eat a delicious burger in Sea 23. For all honey lovers, the Beekeeping Museum is located in the immediate vicinity and is well worth a visit. In addition to the bee products on sale there, you shouldn't miss a tour of the museum. After the break, we make our way back to Linzbach with our tame stallions. Note: If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to convert this tour into a shorter trek.
