At the organic farm Gogerer you can visit the cows and chickens in the barn and on the pasture together with the farmer's wife Margareth. How does the milk get from the grass into the glass? An experience for young and old. You can be with the animals, stroke and feed them - you can be there too! At the end you have the opportunity to taste some products such as milk and organic yoghurt.

At 07:30 PM, the long evening with various sales stalls, will take place again in the town square of Laion. Food and drinks will be provided.

On three Wednesday evenings the church square in Welschnofen is once again transformed into a meeting place to enjoy the balmy summer nights. Local bands with people from the Val d'Ega ensure a good mood and good cheer. Various stalls offer local specialities such as Schlutzer, Krapfen, Strauben, Welschnofner beer and much more, inviting you to get to know South Tyrol from its culinary side. A special highlight is always the Schuhplattler (traditional folk dancer), who delight young and old with their "Platteln". The little guests can let off steam to their heart's content at the children's program and do handicrafts with natural materials, sow flowers or transform themselves into lions and butterflies at the children's face painting. In this cookery course, farmer Brigitte from Avelengo reveals the recipe for a delicious Kaiserschmarrn and shows children the tricks to achieve a fluffy result on the plate, so that they can easily recreate it at home. With Brigitte, you will not only learn the recipe for the original South Tyrolean Kaiserschmarrn, but you will also have a special farm experience, as farm products, such as eggs, are harvested fresh from the henhouse! The long Wednesday evenings are a popular meeting point in the center of St. Michael | Eppan. The shopping experience, culinary enjoyment and entertainment with live music are taking the center stage. The shops are open till 10 pm. Gastronomic establishments welcome you with alpine-mediterranean delicacies, culinary highlights and traditional cuisine. For your entertainment and great experiences, every night provides live musical acts. From jazz to rock and pop to folk music, there is included something for everyone.

Hens cluck, cockerels crow, pigs grunt, ponies whinny, Noriker horses snort and rabbits nibble... you can get to know all of these animals – with Oswald at the Obergruberhof. The farmers demonstrate step by step how to mix all ingredients to form a dough. People are invited to lend a hand, and while the dough rises, they may discover the farm, the garden and the animals such as cows, calves, pigs and rabbits. When walking in nature with your eyes open, you will find lots of materials that can be used to create surprising things. In the small workshop in the centre of Ortisei, pebbles, moss, seeds, wood, leaves, pinecones, and other natural materials are used to build small works of art together with the children. Thanks to this workshop the creations can be taken home and remind even after the holidays what great things can be made with such simple materials and a little imagination.
