Every Friday, herbal experts Sieglinde, Renate and Maria organise outdoor workshops along the herb promenade in Welschnofen | Nova Levante. On Sunday at 16:00, the parade "The traditional costumes of the Ladin valleys" takes place through the centre of S. Cristina, starting from the town square. During the parade, the traditional costumes of Val Gardena, Val Badia, Val di Fassa, Fodom and Ampezzo will be presented. Followed by a concert and demonstration of the traditional costumes.

Bozen Brass is an extraordinary brass sextet which does not fit into any traditional patterns. They six musicians from South Tyrol are curiously different and always ready for a surprise. Benjamin Premstaller (french horn), Martin Psaier (trombone), Robert Neumair (trumpet, other instruments and all arrangements), Michael Engl (tuba), Manuel Goller (trumpet) and Anton Ludwig Wilhalm (trumpet) are the members of Bozen Brass and they are ready to take off to new dimensions. Solid musical education in national and international universities combined with practice in international orchestras and ensembles form the basis for their activities. They are a labour of love for music and enthusiastic musicians and they are keen to pass these virtues to their music pupils. That is why they are able to produce the finest sounds with their brass instruments. The audience is invited to follow them on a powerful journey through the musical history covering all kinds of musical styles.

This is also the case on Tuesday, 13 August and the Knottnkino cinema in Vöran is the ideal place to keep an eye out for the "lucky charms". Summer night concert with the music band "Bürgerkapelle Klausen" accompanied by the Villanders folk dance group. Guests of the member of the turist Association Klausen, Barbian, Feldthurns, Villanders can expect a holiday lottery with the raffle of some material prizes, as well as a vouchers for a liqueur or distillerie of the farm distillery in Villanders. In addition, farm products from Tschotthof will be presented and available for sale. Food and drink are provided with sweet Villanderer Krapfen, Speck and Kaminwurzen.

The Staben volunteer fire department invites you to a festival on the village square in Staben. Music, food and drink are provided. The festival site is located directly on the cycle path and close to Staben railroad station. Start of the festival: 10:00 am The members of the Staben fire department look forward to seeing you there.

At the harvest from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on the church field in the centre of the village, the crops are cut with a scythe, bundled into sheaves and the Kornmandlan, or “grain people”, are stood up to dry. The arable crops are harvested. Visitors are invited to take part. The traditional Marende snack, called “Neinern“, is just as important as traditional equipment.

The traditional parade of the associations of Selva Val Gardena is a colorful celebration that honors Alpine traditions. Participants wear traditional costumes and perform dances and typical music along the streets of Selva. It's an occasion to celebrate cultural heritage and experience the hospitality of the region.

Brunch, dancing to waltz rhythms, ambitious music bands, and at midday one of the highlights - the big parade: that is the midsummer festival, the meeting point of locals and holiday guests!
