The International Three Borders Race in Schöneben is a traditional ski race held annually on Easter Monday. The race attracts around 500 participants from South Tyrol, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany. In 2025, it will take place on April 06 on the well-groomed Fraiten slope in the Schöneben-Haideralm ski area. The race is a giant slalom that is contested across various age categories, providing both professionals and amateur skiers the opportunity to showcase their skills. The event is accompanied by an award ceremony and live music, making it a memorable day for all involved

The idea for the festival was born in 2015 after the premiere of the light and music show at the Hofburg in Brixen. The first edition of the festival was held in May 2017. Art, light and water and a head full of dreams and thoughts. Being free and letting oneself fall, floating on the surface of the water, submerging, and carrying the light within. Being critical and playful, a rollercoaster of emotions. Screaming, standing still, having fun, seeing the world. And figure it out?

From game to game: Galloping into the Middle Ages is every spring the returning motto in the Dolomites region Seiser Alm. After the start at the Trostburg Castel in Waidbruck/Ponte Gardena the tournament goes on with four stages: at the Kofel/Mount Calvary in Kastelruth takes place the traditional ring jousting. The second game, the labyrinth, is on program at the Matzlbödele in Seis.The third of four stages takes place at the Völser Weiher lake with its gallop. The tournament concludes with the game at Prösels Castle, the ride through posts. Asfaltart turns 20 years old! 20 years full of passion, laughter, poetry and an incredible cultural mix! For three days there will be almost 200 shows, including concerts, circus performances, walking acts and clown acts, where many artistic groups with artists from all over the world will turn the popular city of Merano upside down. They will take visitors' breath away with acrobatics, dance, circus arts and clowning. The town center then turns into an open-air stage for clowns, trapeze artists, musicians and fire breathers. The 2024 festival comprises a handicraft market and a gastronomy stall on the Passer Promenade.

The date for the 2025 International Mixed Volleyball Tournament is already set. The 35th edition will take place on June 13th and 14th, 2026. We look forward to seeing you!

As every year, the St. Veit market is held in June. This is one of the fairs in the Upper Venosta Valley. To be more precise, it is held on the Tarces hill and in the village of Tarces. In addition to the hustle and bustle of the market, the focus here is also on socialising. With good food and drink, great music and a children's programme, there is something for everyone! There are, of course, handicraft products as well as colourful, tasty and healthy products on offer. In addition to the grocer's market, the farmers' market offers lots of regional and farm produce from the surrounding area. Feel free to drop by!

In the historical ambience of Churburg Castle, Lichtenberg Castle ruins, Fürstenburg Castle and Marienberg Monastery, spectacular show battles will keep the spectators in suspense from 21 to 23 August 2026. Come along on a journey to the Middle Ages! Proud knights take aim at their opponents. They dash into battle on their elegant horses, lances burst, armour clatters, the noble lords crown their victor. The crowd cheers and marvels at all kinds of exotic and curious things. 2,000 performers from 11 countries offer the most extensive programme in the Alpine region! All attractions on the grounds are free of charge: Shows, camel and donkey rides, archery, children's tournaments, petting zoo, carousels, children's entertainment.

On Saturday, 12 September: On this day, about 1000 sheep return from the mountain meadows to the valley. The successful return of the animals is celebrated by farmers and guests. Tasty, typical dishes such as "Schöpsernes" are served. Sunday, 13 September: The goats return from the mountain pastures to the valley on this day and their arrival is celebrated with delicacies such as "Kitzbratl" as well as lots of good humour at the festival site.
