In addition, our guides will also show you sights such as castles and churches. On November 11th we celebrate St. Martin.

Starting from the school building, we will walk together over the Olive Hill to the Widumanger, where the story of St. Martin will be told as part of a liturgical service.

Afterwards, the KFS Riffian/Rifiano invites everyone to join for refreshments.

In case of bad weather, the meeting point is at 5:00 p.m. in the pilgrimage church of Riffian.

The event will be held in German.

On 11th November, a St Martin's procession will be organised in Teis. We will leave together with the lanterns at 5.30 pm from the church square towards the festival square. Anyone can join the procession on the way. There we will celebrate a short devotion with St Martin and end the evening with chestnuts and tea.

On the occasion of the feast of St. Martin, the Municipality of Bolzano, in collaboration with the Tourist Board, invites children and families from nursery and primary schools in the Centro-Piani and Rencio districts to take part in the St. Martin's parade. The meeting point is on Tuesday 11 November at 4.30 pm in the courtyard of the Franciscan Church. The parade will pass through Piazza Erbe and Via dei Portici, arriving in Piazza Municipio at around 5.30 pm, where the legend of St. Martin will be read and a small gift will be given to participants. Families are invited to accompany their children, who may bring traditional St. Martin's lanterns (which must not contain open flames but be illuminated with LED lights). We look forward to sharing this festive moment with you!

The traditional St. Martin’s lantern parade starts at the Partschins kindergarten and leads to the church square in Partschins. It begins at 5:30 p.m. Afterwards, the St. Martin play will be performed, followed by a convivial gathering in the Widum garden with musical entertainment by Trio Partschins.

The KFS (family association) is organising a small St. Martin's Day celebration on 11th November. Meeting point at 5.30 pm in the school yard. Followed by a candlelight parade into the church of St. Peter. The members of the family association are looking forward to many colourful lights and shining children's eyes.

On 11 November 2025, St. Martin's Day will be held in St. Martin/S. Martino, celebrating the holy patron saint of the village. Programme: At 9 pm, the festive service will take place in the parish church. Afterwards, a brass band of the St. Martin's music band plays a concert on the village square, and the St. Martin's market also takes place. At 5:30 pm the traditional St. Martin's procession starts through the village to the village square. After the reception of St. Martin on the village square, St. Martin's songs will be sung by the kindergarten and primary school children and the St. Martin's play will be performed. Afterwards, the 15th St. Martin's Goose Run will take place, where there are great prizes to be won. Tips for the goose run can be handed in to SKJ members and in the shops of St. Martin. From 5 p.m., the SKJ St. Martin will be serving drinks on the village square.

A bus will take you and your bike to Glorenza or Curon at the Lake Reschen. Cycle along the "Val Venosta bycicle path" back to Naturns and enjoy a unique view over the surrounding mountains. You can rent bikes in our bike stores directly in the center of Naturns or at the bike rental of the Val Venosta train. Length of route: Curon to Naturns about 61 km Glorenza to Naturns about 42 km Child seats, baskets and the e-bike batteries must be dismantled for transport. Discover the story of the South Tyrolean apple in Merano! This apple tour of Merano's fruit cooperative CAFA will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about our local fruit. After a short introductory film, you can explore the entire cooperative in the company of our apple expert Franz and follow the storage, sorting, packaging and shipping of the South Tyrolean apple. Our apple expert will let you in on all kinds of secrets about our apples' goodness, the varieties and how best to store them at home. To round off the tour there is a brief apple tasting session. Our apple expert will tell you all kinds of interesting facts about the ingredients, varieties and storage of the apple. The tour is only in German and Italian language! Who will find Fridolin's "treasure"? Every Thursday morning, different riddles tell you the way to the treasure. The kids and their family will be guided from clue to clue through Naturno and, if necessary, the adults will help with reading, writing or guessing.
