Elisabeth from the Moschwaldalm in Hafling has the right knack and is happy to share her knowledge with you. Together you will prepare South Tyrolean dumplings in the traditional way. The location offers a special ambience: the Moschwald Alm, which is nestled between forest and meadows at 1,750m above sea level. The prepared dishes are then tasted.

From game to game: Galloping into the Middle Ages is every spring the returning motto in the Dolomites region Seiser Alm. After the start at the Trostburg Castel in Waidbruck/Ponte Gardena the tournament goes on with four stages: at the Kofel/Mount Calvary in Kastelruth takes place the traditional ring jousting. The second game, the labyrinth, is on program at the Matzlbödele in Seis.The third of four stages takes place at the Völser Weiher lake with its gallop. The guided bike tour starting from the Rosskopf valley station leads along the bike path towards the south to Stilfes. Via a forest road, you'll reach the small natural pond. As every year, the St. Veit market is held in June. This is one of the fairs in the Upper Venosta Valley. To be more precise, it is held on the Tarces hill and in the village of Tarces. In addition to the hustle and bustle of the market, the focus here is also on socialising. With good food and drink, great music and a children's programme, there is something for everyone! There are, of course, handicraft products as well as colourful, tasty and healthy products on offer. Traditional Alpine folk music: reinterpreted by emerging South Tyrolean artists! On the majestic Nörderberg Mountain in Naturno/Naturns, the Alpine mountain hut season kicks off with a new music festival showcasing upcoming South Tyrolean talent, reinterpreting traditional Alpine folk songs. Throughout the day, four different groups are scheduled to perform at four mountain huts on the Nörderberg.

On Sunday, June 15, more than 300 young talents from all regions of Italy will compete at the “Combi” sports field in the Olympic Recurve and Compound bow disciplines. In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to try archery on a 3D course and a “classic” course, testing their accuracy. There will be also various exhibition and food stands, with the participation of Manni's Food Truck, Marlene and Loacker, to ensure excellent culinary offerings.

A very special hike for families as part of the X-Days: From the mountain station Pivigna to the Kuhleiten Alpine Hut, children aged 7 and up will encounter various stations to complete. These stations were organized and implemented in collaboration with the Jugenddienst Bozen-Land. After each station, participants will receive a stamp – and upon successfully completing all stations, the little adventurers can look forward to a small surprise at the Kuhleiten Alpine Hut! Majestic Bearded vultures breed in special places of the Stelvio National Park. If new broods successfully come up again this year, fledglings can be observed on their first flight attempts during guided tours with National Park Rangers.
