We cordially invite you to join us on an unforgettable hike along the old irrigation channels - the "Waalwege". This hike promises not only breathtaking landscapes, but also insights into the history of the channels, the steppe vegetation on the Monte Sole and the thermal water of Bad Kochenmoos. And with the new drinking cup you can enjoy the thermal water sip by sip.

What is the difference between wild and farmed bees, how is a bee colony made up and how is honey actually produced? Beekeeper Walter answers all these questions and gives the participants further interesting information about the industrious helpers of our nature. With the appropriate protective equipment, you can marvel at the inner workings of a beehive and experience at first hand how honey is made, harvested and processed. At the end, you can taste the honey products made on the premises. The guided tour will be in German and Italian.

The colourful fruit that blossoms and ripens everywhere here is legendary, healthy and of symbolic significance for our high plateau. The tour begins in the grain store of Steinhaus, the former warehouse of the mining industry. Afterwards, our guides will lead you through the historic centre of Steinhaus, a unique sight in South Tyrol that was created thanks to the mining industry. The striking red houses, such as the factor house, the Gassegg residence and the church Maria Loreto, as well as the smelting hut are explained. A walk through the centuries old history of the "Ahrner Handel".

The Easter egg hunt on Calvary Hill on Holy Saturday is a fun experience for the whole family. The meeting point is at the Tourist Association. From there, we will walk together to Calvary Hill, where the exciting Easter egg hunt begins. Each child is allowed to search for three eggs. Once they have found all their eggs, we will return to the Tourist Association, where a surprise awaits the diligent egg hunters. Registration: Children must be accompanied by a parent, who is responsible for their supervision. Only the children need to be registered. Even babies can be registered – although they are still too young for the egg hunt, they will also receive a small surprise. The number of participants is limited to 40 children. If you are unable to attend, please let us know so we can give the spot to another child.

MuseArt - the community of artists for the preservation of the Ritten handicraft tradition - invites you to the handicraft market in the park of the Hotel Post-Victoria in Oberbozen, from 10 a.m - 6 p.m. Live music & food stand with local products. In case of bad weather, the Easter market will take place in the common house of Oberbozen. From tradition, passion and knowledge, unique products are created. From wool to wood to stone, each one is unique, reflecting the soul of the craftsman, an expression of the muse that is visible in every detail of the work. You can reach the handicraft market comfortably and environmentally friendly with the Ritten cable car from Bolzano to Oberbozen or with the Ritten Railway from Klobenstein to Oberbozen.

Exciting and fun moments await you at Easter with the traditional "Goggile-Guffn"! The aim of this game is to see who has the hardest egg. Two participants push their Easter eggs against each other and the egg that stays whole is the winner! This game is great fun and is suitable for all ages. Everyone can take part and put their luck to the test.

The International Three Borders Race in Schöneben is a traditional ski race held annually on Easter Monday. The race attracts around 500 participants from South Tyrol, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany. In 2025, it will take place on April 21 on the well-groomed Fraiten slope in the Schöneben-Haideralm ski area. The race is a giant slalom that is contested across various age categories, providing both professionals and amateur skiers the opportunity to showcase their skills. The event is accompanied by an award ceremony and live music, making it a memorable day for all involved

The botanical treasure hunt will take place on Easter Monday in German and Italian! Search for the "botanical Easter egg" in a fun treasure hunt in the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. The Garden guides accompany children and adults on an exciting flower tour during the treasure hunt. The trail ends with a practical part where participants can make their own special Easter egg and decorate it with natural colours and floral motifs.

Together with herbal expert Monika, we start from the village square and hike towards the Mitterweg-path. On our way to Tanurza, we will discover some local herbs and plants and learn about their properties. From Tanurza, we continue a bit further along the Post-Trail before heading back to the village square in Laion. Immerse yourself in the wonderful world of herbs and plants and gain exciting insights from our herbal expertise.

The Villanders mine in the Eisack Valley, with a wide view of the Dolomites, was one of the most important mining areas in Tyrol in the Middle Ages. At that time, silver, galena, copper and much more were mined. The Villanders Culture and Museum Association has carefully restored the mine in recent years. It is now one of the few mines in South Tyrol that is open to visitors. Guided tours only from April to October on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 and 14:30, Sundays at 10:30 (duration approx. 1.5 h) In July & August additionally on Wednesdays at 10:30 (duration approx. 2 h). IMPORTANT: arrive at the mine at least 10 minutes in advance! Individual special tours are available all year round on request. All prices can be found on the mine's website.

Easter market in J.-Kravogl and F.-Höfler-Straße in Lana, 7.30-13.00. The following roads will be closed during the market: Lorenzerweg, Franz-Höfler-Strasse, Johann-Kravogl-Strasse. Parking is prohibited on all streets and squares from 06:00 to 16:00.

With our guide Helmuth, we start from the village square and hike along the Gornegg path to the Unterfinserhof farm in Novale. Once there, we tour the farm and begin baking bread. Under expert guidance, we bake traditional bread and create our own creations. Afterwards, we enjoy a delicious lunch where we can taste our freshly baked bread. A day full of nature and culinary delights awaits us.

The hike starts at the village square in Lajen/Laion. From here you walk together with the hiking guide Helmuth via Fonteklaus to Freins. Arrived at Petra's Honey Hut you come to the first tasting. Different honey variations are tasted and different products are discovered. All are self-produced and processed. Now it goes back to Fonteklaus where lunch is already waiting. After lunch we continue to Lusenegg where the taxi will take us to Novale/Ried. Here is the second stop - jam. At the Zinegg farm there is a wide variety of jams to taste. Afterwards the day ends with the hike to Lajen. Height difference in ascent: 300 m Height difference in descent: 650 m Distance: 11 km
