Guided farm hike in Laion and its surroundings. The bus takes us from Laion to Pontives. From here we hike with our hiking guide Helmuth along the posttrail to the Oberspisser mountain farm, where we can immerse ourselves in rural life. In the meantime, the table is set for lunch (not included). We reach our third stop, the Fallerhof, via the posttrail. A tasting awaits us here and together we immerse ourselves in the world of the farm. The day ends with a hike back to Laion. Bread baking at the Museum: From 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. there will be a demonstration of how bread was baked according to a traditional Passeiertal Valley recipes. Visitors can watch our expert Museum bakers at work as they answer your questions and happily trade tips with those in the know. Participation with tasting and mini-guided tour is included in the admission price.

Sonja will provide you with information about the South Tyrolean Alpine apple, variety overview, cultivation methods, field work, processing, and marketing. You can expect a tasting of apples and apple juice from a local producer, along with a short walk through nearby orchards. Duration is approximately 1.5 hours. What is the difference between wild and farmed bees, how is a bee colony made up and how is honey actually produced? Beekeeper Walter answers all these questions and gives the participants further interesting information about the industrious helpers of our nature. With the appropriate protective equipment, you can marvel at the inner workings of a beehive and experience at first hand how honey is made, harvested and processed. At the end, you can taste the honey products made on the premises.

Every Thursday the farmers Günther and Michael with their faithful companions are waiting for you and your family and will answer your questions. You have the opportunity to make friends with the Lamas, to guide them, to feed them, to stroke their soft fur and to take a short walk with the fluffy animals. During the guided tour with our apple expert you follow the storage, sorting, packaging and loading. Our apple expert will tell you all kinds of interesting facts about the ingredients, varieties and storage of the apple. The tour is only in German and Italian language! The tour of the cooperative is not barrier-free.

Who will find Fridolin's "treasure"? Every Thursday morning, different riddles tell you the way to the treasure. The kids and their family will be guided from clue to clue through Naturno and, if necessary, the adults will help with reading, writing or guessing. Together you will surely find the last clue and get the reward! The search can begin...Have fun on your adventure in Naturno! From game to game: Galloping into the Middle Ages is every spring the returning motto in the Dolomites region Seiser Alm. After the start at the Trostburg Castel in Waidbruck/Ponte Gardena the tournament goes on with four stages: at the Kofel/Mount Calvary in Kastelruth takes place the traditional ring jousting. The second game, the labyrinth, is on program at the Matzlbödele in Seis.The third of four stages takes place at the Völser Weiher lake with its gallop. The tournament concludes with the game at Prösels Castle, the ride through posts. From the village square, we walk along the "Mitterweg" with our hiking guide Diego. Past the culture house, the trail leads through green meadows to Tanurza. We pass through some small groves with ditches (small Kneipp area) and reach, slightly uphill Tanurza (1182 m). From Tanurza we return to Laion via the mail trail, marked P. Along the way, nature and landscape guide and herb expert Diego Deiana will introduce you to the world of herbs. During the hike we will learn about the plants, discover their healing properties and how they can be used in cooking. Hike with the fluffy animals from the Bruggerhof in the direction of the "Ahrntaler Sonnenweg" to the waterfall "Schwarzbach", snack and homemade lemonade included!
