The Alpe Pragas fruit delights are a aunique experience for the taste - buds. We stay true to our history and philosophy in selecting the very best fruit, choosing only the finest ingredients, and creating some amazing flavour combinations. From 24th June till 02th september 2025 you can book the tasting experiences every tuesday at 10 am. If you'd like to explore all our specialieties, you' re welcome to book a tasting session here with Alpe Pragas. During Winter Season they organize the tasting experience for a minimum of 10 people.

This exciting and eventful event at the Runster Mill, on the Sonnenberg mountain Naturns, fascinates young and old! Accompanied by a guide, you hike slightly uphill to the Runster mill in approx. 30 minutes. Exciting stories and legends about Naturns are told along the way. Franz Fliri and Walter Müller from the Naturns/Plaus local history association will be waiting for you at the mill. Franz will tell you about the Runster Mill and its history. If you like, you can also take some of the freshly ground flour home with you and bake your own bread rolls. Suitable for families with children aged 7 and over, in case of rain the event will be canceled. The tour is only in german language!

Discover nature on two wheels! Our mountain bike discovery tour is an exciting adventure for children, combining the joy of cycling with exploring the stunning landscapes around Carezza. The route winds through picturesque forest paths and gentle meadow trails – perfect for playfully discovering the region’s beauty. Easy, child-friendly trails offer the ideal mix of challenge and safety. Along the way, kids learn fascinating facts about the local nature and geography. Bikes can be rented at the rentals. Participation possible half day (40€), full day (60€ excl. lunch) or whole week (199€ excl. lunch). The program is designed for children aged 5 and above. Are you looking for a real adventure? Then we have just the thing for you here. First you climb up over rocky terrain with our mountain guide Manuel and then dash down with the zipline in no time at all. There is also a slackline where you can prove your balance. Your parents can either accompany you or relax in the nearby fishing pond and enjoy the quiet atmosphere with a drink. A spectacular adventure for the whole family! We will see which plants grow at altitude (2000m.a.s.l.), how to recognise them and use them. We will make butter with the herbs we have collected, which we will taste together on the terrace of the Graziani hut while looking at the beautiful panorama of the Dolomites The hike continues with an ascent to the summit of Plan di Corones, from where there is a 360° view. Here we will see one of the largest bells in Europe: the Concordia. Finally, we return on foot to the Furcia Pass. Lunch There is the possibility of stopping at the refuge (around 12 noon), or we can each take a packed lunch. This easygoing tour starts in St. Sigmund and winds its way through the Puster Valley towards Mühlbach. Mount up, start cycling and head up high! This panoramic tour takes you from the valley station in Sterzing via Telfes to Sterzing's famous local mountain - the Rosskopf. You climb around 800 meters in altitude in a relaxed pace on a wide forest road, accompanied by a certified South Tyrolean bike guide. Once at the top, cozy huts, delicious South Tyrolean specialties (not included) and a magnificent view over the Isarco Valley to the Dolomites await you. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of bees and discover their importance for our ecosystem on a guided tour of the BeeForestt in Steinegg|Collepietra. This adventure trail leads through flowering meadows and shady forests, past places of power that invite you to pause and feel nature. Accompanied by an expert, you will not only get to know the busy honey bees, but also the often overlooked wild bees. At a wild bee hotel, you will gain exciting insights into their way of life and learn why they are indispensable for nature. Experience the Pfunderer Valley on two wheels: Bike adventures with history and nature. You follow the valley trail, which takes you along rushing streams and lush meadows to Pfunders. You continue your journey and reach the idyllic hamlet of Dun. The next destination is the Boden Alm, a paradise for nature lovers. On three Wednesday evenings the church square in Welschnofen is once again transformed into a meeting place to enjoy the balmy summer nights. Local bands with people from the Val d'Ega ensure a good mood and good cheer. Various stalls offer local specialities such as Schlutzer, Krapfen, Strauben, Welschnofner beer and much more, inviting you to get to know South Tyrol from its culinary side. A special highlight is always the Schuhplattler (traditional folk dancer), who delight young and old with their "Platteln". The little guests can let off steam to their heart's content at the children's program and do handicrafts with natural materials, sow flowers or transform themselves into lions and butterflies at the children's face painting. Starting from Laion by bus, passing through Chiusa, we reach the Alpe di Villandro. The hike begins once we arrive at the parking of the Gasser hut. The path leads us to the Rinderplatz hut, passing by Mount Samberg and Mount Pfundres. Upon arrival at the Villanders mine, we visit one of the most important mining areas in Tyrol. The impressive tunnels and historical artifacts provide a glimpse into mining history. After the visit, we return to Laion. Experience the Steinegg music brass band in their traditional costumes on warm summer evenings at the Steinegg festival site. The brass band plays marches, traditional melodies and contemporary compositions. So there is certainly something for everyone.
