Start at the Hölderele parking in Val Martello and take the path through the forest and then path no. 4 to continue on a large forest road. You then reach a very steep part with few bends. Afterwards, you get to a bridge and then there is another short ascent. Before jumping on the fresh, green meadows you have to climb the last slightly steep ascent. The rustic Malga Soy is immersed in the green at the end of the meadow.

Starting point: Small car park (1920m) at the end of the road to Rojen/Schöneben. The first slope is a little steep and requires caution, then continue over the ridge until you reach the Wetterkreuz cross south of the Inn. Nockenkopf (up to here the tour corresponds to that to the Inner Nockenkopf). Continue westwards over gentle hollows. At first glance, the destination is not yet clearly recognisable, but as the ascent progresses, everything becomes clearer. A little caution is required on the last summit slope, which is negotiated from left to right. Further ascent: You can also continue further into the valley and follow the first section of the route to the Grionkopf, then, always skilfully avoiding steep slopes and V-slopes, turn right up towards Grionplotten.

The three Holy Fountains in Trafoi are situated in a small chapel, which has been a place of pilgrimage for the Virgin Mary since the 15th century. The way to the place of pilgrimage is about 2.5 km long and always runs evenly, so it's suitable for baby strollers. In addition, the beautiful path to the Holy three Wells is accessible all year round.

Kappl, a hamlet at the far end of Langtaufers valley, is the starting point of the hike and also the place where the car park is located. From there you walk towards the out of service Maseben ski-lift station, cross the Karlinbach river, climb up the former ski slope to the forest road signposted no. 15 on your left for about 600m, then keep to the right on the path signposted no. 19. Via the forest road, you climb through the forest, passing the old mid station, the Masebener Alm alpine pasture and the ski-lift, which is still in use in winter, and you reach your destination, the Maseben mountain hut. Once you arrive at the mountain hut, you can enjoy an amazing panoramic view of the surrounding mountains at 2,200m. The descent follows the same route as the one going up.
Note: There is also an option to take the shuttle service, which takes guests to the mountain hut via an adventurous journey.

The hiking trail to the Malga Tarres di Sopra has a length of about 12.2 km. The path leads through nature to a beautiful alpine pasture. If you would like to take a shorter hike to the Malga Tarres di Sopra, you can follow path no. 16 directly from Trafoi to the alpine pasture.

The Bergl Alpine Hut (2.188 m) is located at Trafoi and reachable from Solda and Trafoi Valley.

From the Lake Gioveretto up to the Grün- and Gelbsee Lake until the Gioveretto Peak with its wondreful view.

The hut is a popular hiking destination, a pleasant place to rest and look out, and an important base for hikers who're on the way to the Ortler north face. From the sun terrace you have a wonderful view of the imposing Ortler mountains. The Reschensee lake and the Haidersee lake also seem close enough to touch.
