Piz Lun mountain is one of the most beautiful viewing spots in the Upper Vinschgau Valley

Itinerary

From the village of Matsch/ Mazia follow the alpine trail no. 13, which initially leads west through the beautiful forest to the small ridge Plantavilles (2,057 m). Further, partly rising, partly just in a long traverse of the slopes along the ridge to the summit cross of the Piz Lun (2,324 m). The hike is rewarded with a magnificent view of the Upper Vinschgau Valley basin.
The way back is along the same way back to the starting point.
