Piz Lun mountain is one of the most beautiful viewing spots in the Upper Vinschgau Valley.
This route up to the Piz Lun runs along the Malser nature park through a larch and spruce forest, up to Malettes and continue past “Sealoch”, always following trail no. 12. With a view to the summit cross and the wonderful scenery of the Ortles area in the back, hiking up to the highest point of Piz Lun (2,324 m). The climb is worthwhile, the summit view resembles a pulpit view in the Upper Vinschgau Valley. The descent is via the same route back to the starting point to Mals/ Malles.
