The St. Valentin church surrounded by meadows and fields, with the Schlern massif in the background, the small church of St. Valentin offers a real idyllic scene. The construction is of great historical and artistic value with precious frescos from the 14th and the 15th century. A peculiarity (among others): the painter has tried to include the local landscape as background in its representation of the three Kings. Together with hiking guide Paula we make our way to St. Valentin church (walk approx. 20 minutes). This is followed by a guided tour of the church and then back to Seis. Guided walking-tour to Kneipp at the waterfall of Barbian. "Everything we need to stay healthy has been generously given to us by nature," said pastor Sebastian Kneipp. Water, nutrition, exercise, medicinal herbs and life order - on this hike you will experience the holistic health concept of Kneipp. Water-treading in the cool mountain stream, barefoot-walking and feeling the soil, get to know the medicinal herbs and wild herbs along the way and relaxation exercises in the open air: a refreshing, relaxing hike on the trail of Kneipp. Walking time: 3 hours, return at 1 pm. Introduction to the vast world of wild herbs that grow almost everywhere. As we walk, we will discover which are edible, how they can be used and which are to be avoided. In the concluding phase we will mix some of the herbs we find with butter and taste them spread on pücia (typical local bread). As a farewell there will also be a small surprise. An unforgettable mountain experience for gourmets and nature lovers: take the Rosskopf cable car and the panorama lift up to 2,200 m to the legendary wishing bell. The guided via ferrata tour on the small Cir peak is a unique experience for beginners aged 10 and up. On the tour you climb over some of the most impressive rock formations in the region and overcome some short but challenging passages. Helmut Kostner explains how to climb and shows you how to get safely over the rock faces. You will also receive valuable tips on equipment and safety. Throughout the day, the mountain guide will ensure that you are safe and protected on the way.

The e-bike tour starts in Monguelfo and leads along the idyllic Val Casies Valley cycle route to S. Martino. Along the route, there are various access points. The route leads past the charming Kahnwirt and Kircherwirt inns before climbing up the alpine path to the Versellalm and on to the Tolderhütte hut. A particular highlight are the extensive, carefully tended alpine pastures, which can be explored during a guided tour. These alpine pastures have been extensively enhanced: new fences were installed, and about a dozen old barns were faithfully restored or rebuilt in their original design using traditional materials. Together with our mountain guide Manuel we will start our crossing of the Prags Dolomites from the Brunst Alp. After an hour of hiking we will reach the start of the fixed rope route, where Manuel will give us a short introduction to the equipment. As soon as the climbing harness is properly fastened and the helmet is on, we will start our adventure. After a breathtaking, beautiful climb of difficulty level A (easy) we will reach the exit. If time permits, we will climb up to the summit cross at the Hochalpenkopf and enjoy the spectacular panorama in the middle of the Dolomites, with views of the Prags Dolomites, the Rieserferner and the Zillertal Alps. After a short rest we will descend step by step to the Pragser Wildsee Lake and let the day end comfortably.We will return to Olang by bus and by train and we will look up to the mastered summit with amazement. This varied hike takes you through a fascinating landscape at the foot of the Latemar: from expansive alpine meadows and mystical rock labyrinths to a hidden lake in the middle of the forest. Perfect for an adventurous day in the Dolomites! Tour Description: Our tour begins at the Tiers cable car, which takes us comfortably to the Frommer Alm. From there, bus line 186 brings us to the Nigerstraße intersection, where our hike starts on foot. We follow the trail across the idyllic Latemar meadows, offering breathtaking views of the Dolomites and the perfect spot for a short break to soak in the surroundings. The path then leads us into the famous Latemar Labyrinth, a highlight of the hike. This labyrinth of massive boulders, created by an ancient landslide, provides an exciting and unique hiking experience. After navigating the labyrinth, we arrive at the Mitterleger, a picturesque alpine meadow. From there, we continue to Mittersee, a hidden forest lake that is particularly striking in early summer. Mittersee is a seasonal lake and does not hold water year-round, but its magical atmosphere amidst the forest makes it a special destination. Finally, we descend further to the historic Grand Hotel Carezza, where we end our hike in a relaxed manner. In the climbing hall, children can learn the basics of using ropes and carabiners in a playful way on a 20-metre high climbing wall. The journey begins, by taking the public bus to Ortisei. Our tour begins with a funicular ride up to the Resciesa (2,200m). The Waterfall Trail begins in the village of St. Anton in the upper Pflerschtal. In about 2.5 hours of ascent, we hike along the Waterfall Trail and reach the Furtalm at 1690 meters above sea level. South Tyrol is renowned worldwide for its majestic mountains, clear Alpine lakes and idyllic walking trails. From the meeting point, we will drive together to the starting point of our excursion, located by the car park in Dun (1,480 metres). The first stretch of the route will take us along a forest path in the direction of Bodenalm, then we climb a little up to Eisbrugg, where the snow never completely melts. The large, initially flat Eisbruggtal valley will afford us a breather until we climb up to the Kröllhütte hut (2,150 metres). There we’ll begin the final ascent to the Eisbruggsee lake (2,351 metres), which is also the highest point of this excursion. The 3,000-metre peaks of the Pfunders mountains mirrored in the crystal-clear waters of the Eisbruggsee make quite a sight. The way back is along the same route.
