He has joined forces with the Steger family at the new A&L Wellness Resort to pair the current foodie highlights with his most exclusive gourmet concept yet, with generous helpings of passion and devotion. Our highly qualified LUNARIS service team will be on hand throughout the evening. They will strive to help you select the perfect wine and guide you through the restaurant experience with their expertise on the various dishes. The restaurant will be opened on 7 June 2019. Ütia da Rit mountain hut is located in an amazing territory, among the most famous Dolomites Peaks, and it is an important refreshment point for tourists and travelers. Our mountain hut is in the small village of La Val ("La Valle") at 2000 meters altitude, at the gates of the beautiful Natural Park of Fanes-Sennes-Braies. Our guests can enjoy here the typical South Tyrolean cuisine and wines, both inside and outside the hut. Our tasty but healthy menu offers cold starters, traditional alpine soups, home-made pasta, meat and egg plates, as well as tasty desserts…

The restaurant “ Umser Mühlele” was new reopened in spring 2018 . It is located really quiet and idyllic at the hiking trail number 6 from Fie´ to the Castel Prösels but you can also reach it by car or by bus (number 176 ). The guests can enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of Fie´ and Renon . The “ Umser Mühlele “ offers regional and delicious food for diner . Saturday and Sunday the restaurant offers also food for lunch and in the afternoon the guests enjoy homemade cakes , ice cream or the typical South Tyrolean “ Marende” .
