Every day we select about 30 different wines to be tasted and savoured by the glass. We keep our menu intentionally small, so we can guaranty always the freshness of our products and at the same time we can surprise you at every visit with new dishes. We emphasize sustainable breeding and production, this why we try to use mostly local, regional and seasonal ingredients. During summer most of the vegetables come from our own garden, during wintertime we rely on our merchants. We got also best quality meat from our butchers, that keep an eye on animal fond breeding and slaughtering.

The Ütia Bioch Refuge 2,079 m boasts a long tradition of Ladin hospitality since 1990. Founded as a small ski-restaurant at the top of the ‘Bioch’ chairlift, today it offers a modern experience combining tradition and sustainability. The gastronomic philosophy is based on fresh, local ingredients, emphasising products from the Ladin valleys, with a focus on South Tyrolean wines, thanks to which, in 2020, we were the first hut to be awarded the prized ‘South Tyrolean Wine Culture Award’. More than 1,200 wine labels, 80 % from South Tyrol.Quality catering, wine tastings, special events such as the Gourmet Skisafari, the Wine Skisafari, Cujiné te ütia, Sommelier on the slopes, Saus dl Altonn, thanks to a team of which we are very proud.

Guests at the Weisses Rössl Lichtenberg can also spend enjoyable hours and wide views over the upper Vinschgau on the large terrace, in the winter garden or in the cosy wood-panelled parlour of the adjoining restaurant. The Madritsch Hut is located in Solda, below the Madritsch Pass in the middle of the mountain world around King Ortles. The hut can be reached via the large Solda panoramic cable car to the mountain station at 2,610 m. The family-friendly hiking trail along the summer pasture of Reinhold Messner's yaks takes you to the Madritsch Hut (2,820 m) in around 1 hour. On the sun terrace you will be enchanted by Tyrolean specialties and the breathtaking mountain scenery. The Madritsch hut, which is typically furnished with wood, was largely rebuilt in 2017 and furnished in a modern style. The kitchen spoils you with traditional South Tyrolean & Italian dishes such as Tyrolean dumplings, Schlutzkrapfen and delicious Kaiserschmarrn. In the Yak Bar, hot chocolate or coffee awaits you and in Europe’s highest igloo, cool beer, Willi afterwards and great après-ski music await you. Enjoy the unique view of the Ortler Group from the sun terrace.

Welcome to our new mountain hut at the valley station of the Spitzbühl Lift. You will find nice people and home-made South Tyrolean specialities.

At lunch and dinner, we offer traditional Alpine and Mediterranean dishes made from seasonal ingredients. In the afternoon, we serve homemade cakes, coffee, and light dishes. All in an exceptional setting: inside or outside on the terrace, with a view over the entire Adige Valley, the surrounding mountain peaks, and the vineyards.

The family-run hut offers Tyrolean cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. The Saltner hut is situated close to the Florian ski slope and the Saltria bus stop.

The Sanon hut is one of the most original huts on the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm. Hosts Magdalena and Raffael look forward to your visit and to welcoming you to the Sanon hut. The traditional alpine hut is located on a vast clearing at 1,700 m above sea level. If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you! The hut can be reached from the Ackerboden car park in 1 hour, in summer also via the Bressanone Altitude Trail in 3 hours.
