The "Steinrast" 1.723m is hide in the most beautiful lateral valley of the Val d'Ultimo. In summer the "Steinrast" is an ideal starting point for splendid hikes and excursions. We are also accessible by the new cable car of the "Schwemmalm" as a secret suggestion for mountainbikers. In winter the snow covered "Steinrast" fascinate for it's paradise for the snowrackets. Many way-marked footpaths guarantees fun for everyone. We spoil our guests apart from the traditional tyrolean cuicine also with dishes containing home made herbs. For the small ones we offer large tracts on the grass to have fun and play.

The Außerschwemmalm (2.142) lies on the sunny side of the Ultental with a wonderful panoramic view of the South Tyrolean mountains. You can reach the hut comfortably by using the cable car "Kuppelwies-Schwemmalm" or via several beautiful hiking trails. On the beautiful sun terrace with local dishes, alpine products from our own production, butter and cheese from our own cheese factory, as well as South Tyrolean wines, you can escape the daily stress. Children will find a playground and lots of space to play. We look forward to seeing you!

Our restaurant is situated on the hiking trail „Ultner Höfeweg“ nearby the museum of the Stelvio national park „Lahnersäge“ in the Ulten valley. The bus stops dirictly in front of our house. The „Urlärchen“, three many hundred years old larks and probably the valley’s most famous attraction can be reached after twenty minutes of walk. We serve bacon and cheese, different soups like bacon dumplings, vegetable, barley or potato soup, cheese dumplings, noudles with meat sauce, sausages with French fries, homemade sausages with sauerkraut, goulash, apple strudel, buckwheat cake ...

We serve a combination of regional specialties and Mediterranean cuisine complemented by fine wines from the Isarco Valley. Special group menus (55 seats) are available on request. Our pizzeria, the first of its kind in Bressanone since 1968, is open 6pm to 11pm. Closed on mondays.

In our cozy Tavern and in our winter garden with panoramic views, we spoil you with traditional dishes such as roast potatoes with egg and bacon, or the typical dumplings.

Our traditional inn has been owned by the Baumgartner family since 1850. We have recently restored it with an eye for the detail so that it is still as cozy and welcoming as it used to be. The annexe houses several apartments for those who want to keep to themselves and enjoy their holidays independently.

The Durnwald restaurant in Colle/Val Casies - Gsieser Tal originated in 1970 from the division of the well-known Keil restaurant. Today it is a typical village inn that is situated in the middle of green areas at the forest edge. The Mayr family will convince you with good plain cooking and the use of fresh, local products. And the extensive wine list leaves nothing to be desired. Closed on Monday.

The Heubad á-la-carte restaurant is equally appreciated by locals and hotel guests. The restaurant guide "Gault MIllau" is considering it one of the best restaurants in South Tyrol and awards it for years with a "toque" and 13 points. With its creative blend of South Tyrolean tradition and Mediterranean lightness, both for lunch and dinner it is a welcome addition to the delicious half board.

The guesthouse near the parking area Prato Piazza is located at an impressive altitude of 2.000 m face to face with the mountain Croda Rossa in the midst of the nature park Fanes-Sennes-Braies. It is possible to stay overnight in theis comfortable double rooms and shared rooms. In theis snuggeries you can enjoy typical south Tyrolean and Italian food the whole year. A sun terrace and a playground invite to stay.

Our restaurant and pizzeria have two halls in which we place on cozy setting value above around 120 seats. If the weather permits we open our cozy terrace, with another 150 seats. The car park is managed in the evenings, so that they find easier a spot for your car.

In our restaurant in Ums/Völs am Schlern we focus on fresh local produce. Almost all the herbs, vegetables and fruit we use come from our own vegetable garden and orchards. We love to spoil you with the delicious food we make: the owner – a keen chef – Florian Harder will prepare the best dishes of the traditional South Tyrol cuisine as well as typical Italian food for you. He passionately adds a personal twist to traditional recipes making tasty dishes that can satisfy any culinary taste. He prepares and decorates his tasty creations with such a love for detail that they will be a pleasure to look at. Anyone who wants to watch him cooking is welcome to step into the kitchen! Our assortment of wines includes those made in South Tyrol as well as top-quality Italian and foreign specialities. We suggest the wine best suited to bring out the flavour of any dish you choose. Our Pircher restaurant is located in Nals on the South Tyrolean Wine Road, in a quiet location surrounded by orchards and only 6 kilometres from Niederlana.
