The secret of our Chefs? A bit of nostalgia for grandma's kitchen, a good dose of creativity and, above all, a lot of love for food. That's all. We rely on newly discovered recipes, well-tried traditions, always fresh and regional ingredients. And beer...we love it! The pale, the cloudy, the red, the dark ones. And because we love it so much, you can also find it in our aperitif and cocktails. You love it too? We have to meet! Enjoy typical South Tyrolean specialties in our rustic restaurant. Relax on our sunny terrace with apple strudel and cappuccino, and many homemade juices. Our traditional cuisine offers delicious, hearty and especially healthy dishes. We attach great importance to processing of local products and small circulations and use it as much as possible what comes from our farmer's field and barn.

We offer different types of pasta which we prepare fresh on a daily basis. We take our Italian culinary heritage seriously. This is why you can expect carefully selected, high-quality ingredients from Südtirol and Italy that meet organic standards. We're three adventurers with a passion for great pasta. In 2021, we set up our shop Carma at the gourmet haven Brennerstrasse 6 in Brixen to share with you our prized tradition of comforting Italian cuisine. Carma stands for uncompromising Italian and Südtirol taste. That is why we make our pasta exclusively with fresh products delivered straight from Italy. Come by and taste for yourself!

The old, shady chestnut trees provide a stylish ambiance, entertaining afternoons or cozy evenings with live music for the right mood and the cool Forst beer, as well as our grilled dishes are awaiting you for your well-being.

Directly at the lake lies our idyllically situated restaurant. Comfortable lounges and a charming garden terrace invite to various celebrations. We especially recommend our local specialties like dumplings, "Schlutzkrapfen" or "Tiroler Tris" as well as pasta dishes, grill or our well known Wienerschnitzel. Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Peter Kantioler was able to marry a perfectly good glass of wine with the traditional local and the Mediterranean cuisine. Food lovers are spoiled every Wednesday and Friday (dinner) and every Saturday for lunch. In summer you can take advantage of the garden, the only one of its kind in Bressanone.
