Kuppelrain is framed by trees and shrubs, you will find us directly at the small cozy station of Castelbello which has been modernized lately. Our proven team is still from Chef Jörg Trafoier and sommelier Sonya. Since the spring of 2013, is son Kevin Trafoier in the kitchen next to the stove and Jörg has his own style complements the creative dishes of our house and further developed. For some time, daughter Natalie Trafoier is now fully entered the family business. As a trained pastry chef and Patissière can expand our extensive range in our Bistrot perfect. Relax in the small hut after a leisurely walk. Soak up the sun and try the tasty dumplings and poppy-seed or jam doughnuts. The Tuene hut is situated on the Hans-and-Paula-Steger trail.

In our bar / restaurant you can spend a pleasant time with your friends. Our chef surprises its guests with Tyrolean specialties, Italian cuisine and a salad buffet. On Sundays we offer our guests a special menu.

The Cocun, ‘Cork’ in Ladin, is the hidden gem of the Ciasa. In a cellar filled with 24,000 bottles and 1,900 labels is a unique restaurant. Here, the quality of the raw materials and their history reign supreme without the need for many frills. Our cuisine is just as varied and contains influences from all over the world as our wines. At 1,700 m on the sea level at the foot of Latemar above the city of Predazzo, Gardoné offers you relax and culinary highlights with a wonderful view to the Lagorai Mountains. Both in summer and in winter time, the Gardoné is the perfect place to eat delicious creations, either Mediterranean or traditional, combined with a glass of wine, and to enjoy the sun and the music on the wide terrace. The mountain hut is easily reachable, both in summer and in winter, thanks to the lifts of the hike and Ski Centre Latemar Obereggen. If you are a sports-passionate, you can reach the Gardoné by skiing in wintertime, and hiking or mountain biking in summer time, following one of the marked paths or trails. You can arrive in the Gardoné from Obereggen, Pampeago and Predazzo. Hot food from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.

We spoil our guests in the heavenly restaurant with healthy and fresh cuisine in cozy rooms or in promising panoramic dining room. Enjoyable hours promises a unique gazebo on our stylish terrace Vinschgauer Sonnenberg. We seduce in the spring with fresh wild garlic dishes, as well as with the unique Biospargel from Kastelbell. It offers in summer salads, fresh strawberries and raspberries and sweet delights, such as the Passo apricot dumplings with Zimtbrösel. Autumn time - Treatment time hearty Törggele dishes and of course the popular poachers time! Our wine list offers exquisite white and red wines from renowned wineries, as well as fresh wine from Passo winemakers. Homemade juices from elderflower, strawberry, lemon balm are home-made.

Our cuisine is known for its homemade food and excellent service. Every day we serve you in our Chalet in San Candido / Versciaco with different daily specials such as homemade pasta (Schlutzer), alpine cheese grilled, and much more. Very delicious are also the homemade desserts like the apple pie or the buckwheat cake.

Our cottage is located at the Sella Pass in the heart of the Dolomites mountains with a wonderful panoramic view of the Marmolada glaciar, the Sella massiv and the Sassolungo group. The Sella Pass forms together with the Pordoi Pass, the Gardena Pass and the Campolongo Pass the four-pass-trip, known from the skiers and the treckers as the "Sellaronda".
