Rustic hut, family hospitality, traditional cuisine with local products and home-made desserts. The menu is based on traditional, local cuisine, we use only fresh and local products. All that we serve is home made. Just a few metres from Passo delle Erbe, our hut can be reached on foot, by bike, car and motorbike. Open: summer and winter

Set in a quiet and stunning location at the foot of the Natural Park Fanes-Sennes-Braies, our restaurant offers tasty dishes, good home cooking, inspired by traditional recipes. On our sunny panoramic terrace you can enjoy our home made cakes and ice cream.

The award-winning cuisine is the very heart of the hotel; cosmopolitan in spirit, it is based on the finest of regional ingredients and redefines the borders of culinary excellence. The creations conjured up by head chef Tomek Kinder and his team are served in the Defregger Stube fine-dining restaurant and the Courthouse Stube dining room, where guests can look forward to a 5-course Alpine dinner. Great care is taken to ensure the perfect wine pairing, recommended by experienced sommeliers. Every day, hotel guests are treated to a magnificent breakfast with superb regional products including jams, cheeses, the best of cold cuts and much more in the original wood-panelled Stube dining room. Weather permitting, lunch, dinner and light meals are served on the garden terrace.

The restaurant "Schönblick" invites gourmets to enjoy with its unique panoramic location. The highlight of the restaurant is the spacious panoramic terrace, here you can experience a breathtaking sunset on balmy summer evenings. Guests are spoiled with regional and original dishes, a fine selection of wines and homemade ice cream. Every Wednesday barbecue evening in the summer.

With its contemporary and stylish flair, our “Restaurant Patio” is the perfect spot to find a quiet moment for a business lunch, to catch up on work, or for a convivial dinner among friends. The artistic vibrancy in the décor carries through to the kitchen, led by our team of talented young chefs. They unleash their creativity on menu selections using farm-to-table ingredients, supporting our South Tyrolean region and its bountiful harvest. The revamped menu focuses on “fine dining”, offering a selection of tartare, appetizers and first courses, as well as an outstanding selection, where you can choose the cut of meat you prefer, cooked as you like it. We also take special care in providing an epicurean experience for those with food intolerances and dietary preferences. We offer a curated list of superb wines from South Tyrol, as well as vintages of the most renowned Italian wineries to complement your meal.

Should we not care for our house so that it does not decay?” (Philo of Alexandria) Whether in our restaurant, on the terrace or in the "Hennstall” beer garden we will spoil you with local, traditional and international dishes. Our speciality of the house continues to be the fresh trout which we serve in different variations. Refreshments in-between are available in the bar. only for larger groups on request. Sundays open normally. Dinner on request. Our premises are suited to group and company dinners (120 seats) two large car parks are available.

Enjoy homemade South Tyrolean specialities in the cosy parlour or on the sunny terrace of our farm tavern, which opened in 2014.

Our Bistrot Flower, is the novelty of the year, also open for external guests. We will welcome you from 15:00 to 24:00 in an informal and youthful atmosphere that will offer you cold and warm snacks throughout the opening hours. From 18:00 to 21:00 we will delight you with traditional dishes, cooked with local and genuine products. Our bar offers aperitifs, a wide selection of beers, wines and spirits, cheering your evenings with our game room.

In our restaurant near Bolzano in Meltina the guests enjoy delicious South Tyrolean and Italian specialties. The typical South Tyrolean is known as a welcoming but somewhat suspicious breed who tries to maintain his German identity. Sunday afternoon and Monday rest day. Dinner only on reservation

Easily accessible via the Riffianer Waalweg trail, or the Passerdamm hiking and cycling path.
