The Berghotel Schlemmer in Plancios serves classic South Tyrolean specialties such as Knödel (dumplings) and Kaiserschmarrn (a dessert made of shredded pancakes) – and not only to its guests. The Turmwirt is located in the historic center of Gudon between the church and Castel Summersberg. In the former clerk building of the 17th century the Gasser family serves since 5 generations seasonal and regional dishes accompanied by fine wines from the surrounding vineyards.

We run a butcher shop know throughout this area. We get the meat from our own livestock and from nearby farms. We use these products to make hearty and delicious specialties of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine.
