We will be pleased to indulge you in our in-house pizzeria with an original Italian pizza created by our pizzaiolo. You can taste the variety of different pizzas or create one for yourself. Experience an Italian pizza – famous the world over – on our terrace as the sun sets behind the mountains. Enjoy the popular Kerner white wine in the Sylvanerhof's bar. Our guesthouse opened in 1969 and was named after this grape variety. As pioneers of the variety, our father and grandfather cultivated it on the slopes of Kranebitt and Neustift. Since then it has become one of the most highly valued wines in the Eisack Valley. The hiking trail leads directly from Raas through the vineyards to Neustift Monastery and then continues on to Brixen. You can enjoy the peace and unique view of the Karspitz and Lake Radlsee over a delicious ice cream sundae or a homemade apple strudel and an excellent Italian cappuccino from our sun
