Hotel Gasserhof

The Gasserhof is a traditional house in St. Andrä, near Brixen. At lunchtime, the Gasserhof has its restaurant open for you between 12.00 and 13.30. For several years, chef Fabian has offered his guests moments of extreme pleasure. With his creative dishes he accompanies you on a delicious journey through traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, a real tasting experience. The team is also supported by Hermann, who is happy to share his experience and expertise with his colleagues. One “must” in the kitchen: the preservation of the true taste of the products, which must be genuine, pure, and intense. For this reason, vegetables, herbs, berries and fruit come directly from the hotel garden.
