The hut take place on the mountain Gitschberg with a beautiful panoramic view, a sun terrace and delicious tipical dishes. Open from the beginnings of June to the beginnings of October and in the winter season it has the same opening hours as the mountain railway. You can reach the Gitschhütte in 15 minutes from the mountain station Gitschberg.

Our family has been running the inn at the valley station of the Plose cable car for more than 25 years. Here we offer our guests a wide selection of pizzas, both at lunchtime and in the evening, as well as typical dishes of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. These range from the Stodlburger to Italian pasta dishes or the classic Zwiebelrostbraten to Kaiserschmarrn.

Alpine hut with summer terrace in the area of the skiing area yoke valley, ideal for families with children. Open from mid May to mid October and from the beginnings of December to the beginnings of April. Reachable in 30 minutes from the Jochtal mountain station.

Directly at the lake lies our idyllically situated restaurant. Comfortable lounges and a charming garden terrace invite to various celebrations. We especially recommend our local specialties like dumplings, "Schlutzkrapfen" or "Tiroler Tris" as well as pasta dishes, grill or our well known Wienerschnitzel. Home made apple strudel, cakes, tiramisù as far as the eye can see let the afternoon fade in a very pleasant way.

Whether with a good cup of coffee or a glass of wine, at our bar and café, which is open from 7:30 to 20:00, you will feel comfortable. If you are a bit hungry, we have also a variety of snacks (mainly vegetarian). After the renovation in 2023, our old bar will shine in new splendor and bring the atmosphere of a metropolis to our small town in the reserved, elegant style of bygone days.

Here, amidst the picturesque environment of the Rodengo-Luson Alp, you will not only find culinary highlights and a diverse, alpine leisure program, but also the extraordinary panorama of the South Tyrolean mountain world. From one of our rooms or from a romantic suite, you may admire the idyllic views of spacious alpine meadows, rugged rocky landscapes, green forests, and the high mountain peaks of the Dolomites.

Our cozy family-run, will spoil you in our original farmhouse parlor (Stube) with typical South Tyrolean dishes as well as many fresh farm products from our own farm. After a relaxing walk in autumn you may enjoy a pleasurable "Toerggelen". At the same time you may try our wines from our own vineyard. We are looking forward to welcoming you and ask for a short reservation.

Our kitchen offers homemade delicacies and vension specialties! Open from the middle of May to 1st of November and from mid December to Easter. You can reach us from the parking lot Altfasstal in 30 minutes.

The restaurant takes place directly on the ski piste and the mountain station Jochtal. With pizza and tipical dishes is the restaurant the perfect stop for a refreshment. Open every day (holidays from mid June to mid July). Rest day Thursday outside of season.

The Turmwirt is located in the historic center of Gudon between the church and Castel Summersberg. In the former clerk building of the 17th century the Gasser family serves since 5 generations seasonal and regional dishes accompanied by fine wines from the surrounding vineyards.

Café Millennium is located in the heart of Brixen, right on the historic cathedral square. It is a modern meeting place with a stylish ambience and a view of the imposing cathedral. The large outdoor terrace invites you to linger—whether for a quick espresso, a leisurely breakfast, or an afternoon aperitif. The menu offers a mix of Italian flair and international classics: from homemade cakes and small snacks to selected cocktails.

Hungry? Simon and Levin are the masters of ceremony of the AO restaurant. Providing healthy creative cuisine based on carefully selected ingredients. Honest and sincere, simply plating the best of nature. We enrich our kitchen with all that nature and the local farms offer us. Opening hours: MO - TH 6 - 9 pm, FR - SU 12 - 2 pm & 6 - 9 pm.

The hut Kieneralm is located at 1,750 m at the foot of the mountain Gitschberg. In winter direct connection to the skiing area Gitschberg Jochtal. You can reach the Kiener Alm in about 1,5 hours from the parking lot Gitschberg.

The ideal place for a cosy get-together for locals and hotel guests. Soft drinks, cocktails, fine distillates and good wines are served...and you will also find something to satisfy your small appetite.

From Monday to Friday we offer a varied lunch menu from 11:30 am to 14:30 pm. The coffeebar offers cold and hot drinks and not to forget the ice cream for little gourmets. In summer, the sun terrace invites you to linger. For bed and breakfast 21 simply furnished rooms are available at reasonable prices.

As the way to someone’s heart is through his stomach, we at the “Alter Schlachthof” select our products almost exclusively from local farmers and selected suppliers from the immediate vicinity. Because only using fresh, natural and high-quality ingredients, we are able to create dishes for you which are delicious and healthy at the same time. This applies to South Tyrolean classics as well as forays into the international cuisine, vegetarian and vegan variations and titbits which are suitable for guests with food intolerances.

Your host-family prepares all dishes fresh and with lots of love - in our restaurant in Vahrn we will spoil you with pizzas, appetizer dishes and pasta specialities, of course we offer you sweet temptations, homemade cakes and pies, like "Apfelstrudel".

The guest house Rösslwirt is 5 km distant from the state highway Brennero-Bolzano.

In the chic Viertel Bar, travellers and locals meet for original snacks, exclusive drinks and an extensive selection of local craft beers. Viertel Bier, which is produced at the own brewery in Schabs, plays the leading role.
