From here, we hike through larch forest to the tree line and continue over slightly rocky terrain to the Lauwand weather cross with its great views. Every Tuesday, music enlivens the city center, accompanied by events and much more. It's a popular occasion for locals from Merano, who flock into town along with visitors from the surrounding area to enjoy the summer atmosphere. For guests of the city, it's the perfect opportunity to get to know Merano and its residents. On the upper via Corso della Libertá, a market featuring handcrafted products (6:30 p.m – 11:00 p.m) accompanies the events. Kids Corner: On the Passeggiata Lungo Passirio, a space directly in front of the Kurhaus is dedicated to children. Magic shows and clowns, baby dance, creative workshops full of imagination, and a face painting corner offer plenty of fun activities. Participation is free of charge. Erika and Elisabeth from Eichernhof in Vöran provide insights into the colorful and fragrant world of wild and garden herbs. With their extensive knowledge of herbs, they explain how to safely identify spring and summer herbs and how to harness the power of plants in cooking, health, and skincare. Erika and Elisabeth are looking forward to seeing you! Photographs and videos may be taken at the event for the purpose of documenting and promoting the event and the area. The tour starts with a short introduction about llamas and getting to know the absolutely child-friendly and curious animals. We don't ride the lamas, but load them up with provisions and equipment and then we're off! We walk with the fuzzy animals for about 2 hours, past meadows and forest clearings. From the meeting point we cycle to Burgstall. We take the cable car there to Vöran and start cycling. After 400 metres in altitude, we pass one of the most beautiful mountain pastures on the ‘Tschöggelberg’ and tackle the next 500 metres in altitude. Our destination, the Stone Men, is also the highest point of our tour. We will stop for lunch very close to this highlight. We return to the cable car mountain station via meadows, forest paths and easy trails.

This exciting and eventful event at the Runster Mill, on the Sonnenberg mountain Naturns, fascinates young and old! Accompanied by a guide, you hike slightly uphill to the Runster mill in approx. 30 minutes. Exciting stories and legends about Naturns are told along the way. Franz Fliri and Walter Müller from the Naturns/Plaus local history association will be waiting for you at the mill. Franz will tell you about the Runster Mill and its history. If you like, you can also take some of the freshly ground flour home with you and bake your own bread rolls. Suitable for families with children aged 7 and over, in case of rain the event will be canceled. The tour is only in german language!

Experience an unforgettable hike through a fascinating and unique mountain landscape. We take the public bus to Pfelders/Plan, a picturesque mountain village, where our hike begins. Together with hiking guide Waltraud, we follow trail no. 6 to the Faltschnalalm hut and continue to the Faltschnaljöchl. From there, we ascend to the Spronser Joch (2,581 m). Once at the top, we enjoy breathtaking views of the majestic 3,000-meter peaks of the Texel Group and the impressive Spronser lake district. The descent takes us to Oberkaser hut and continues along trail no. 22 via Mutkopf to the Hochmuth cable car station. We take the cable car down to the valley and then return to the starting point by public bus. Walking time: approx. 7 h | Difference in altitude: approx. 960 m ascent, approx. 1,230 m descent The hike will be in German and Italian.

Guided Biketour - Meran 360° Our 360º tour through the Etsch Valley starts in Algund. From there we ride towards Gratsch and then to the Segenbühel viewing point from where we then head towards Merano. Taking several side roads we reach the cycle track leading to Bolzano. At Gargazon we leave the cycle track and reach the fabulous Brandis golf course, from where we pedal towards Tscherms. At Tscherms we ride uphill towards Lebenberg Castle, where we can look forward to a wonderful view of the Burggrafenamt region. At the Haidenhof inn we take a well-deserved break. A lovely scenic road takes us to Marling and then we return along Nörderstrasse to our starting point in Algund. We do 42 km and 700m of elevation gain

Every Tuesday, bike guide Markus takes us from Hafling on an e-bike over the Tschögglberg. On forest and woodland paths, we first ride via the Moschwald Alm and Maiser Alm up to the E5. The route is a little bumpy here and, with a little patience and the right technique, leads up to the Kreuzjöchl. From where we have a breathtaking panoramic view of South Tyrol's mountains. Along the way, there are always tips and hints for mountain biking in the terrain. Nice photo stops are also planned. Easy to moderately difficult e-mountain bike tour. All dates and tour suggestions are subject to change or cancellation due to weather or illness! Helmets are compulsory on all guided tours. They can be booked free of charge.

ONLY IN GERMAN AND ITALIAN! Around the beehive, many garden and wild herbs grow, such as sage, thyme, rosemary, wormwood, plantain, ground elder, yarrow, and nettle. Herbal drinks are made from these plants, with herbal expert Brigitta Patzleiner explaining the beneficial properties of each herb. Afterwards, the drinks can be sampled. In addition, three take-home products are made together: a calendula salve or lip balm, an herbal salt, and an herbal liqueur. Herbs are so valuable because all their components, such as minerals, vitamins, and nutrients, correspond to the elements of the human body. This allows them to be easily absorbed and transported within the body to where they are needed. For example, a green rosemary drink stimulates circulation, provides energy, activates the brain, and improves concentration and memory. The ancient Greeks already knew this: students would wear a rosemary wreath during exams. Today, this effect has also been scientifically proven.
