In addition to the quaint coziness and dreamlike location, it’s the culinary expertise of Franz Pernthaler that has made gastronomes the world-over recommend the Schatzer Lodge. The excellent menus, prepared every evening by the lodge’s chef for the guests, have to be compared with, but do not pale in comparison to, those that the majority of the so-called gourmet restaurants offer their diners. And thus the chef ‘de Cuisine’ daily conjures up new Lucullian marvels based on traditional Tyrolean cuisine, and thereby is the freshness of his ingredients particularly close to heart. These ingredients and his creativity secure him over and over again the admiration of his guests.

The Rifugio Oltradige al Roen/Überetscher Hütte faces the Dolomites with a stunning view over the Adige's Valley. Lots of trails head to the Rifugio, from the most demanding to the simplest one, wich is also suitable for baby buggy. Right behind the Rifugio starts an easy via Ferrata that leads to the top of Monte Roen, the view up there is even more astonishing. The Rifugio offers the possibility to stay overnight, that gives the guests the chance to enjoy the sunrise coming up from the Dolomites.

The refuge is an ideal place for recreation during a hike or to stop for a bite to eat during a ski day – on your way on the Sellaronda, don't hesitate to visit us at the refuge Edelweiss. Our kitchen offers tasty dishes of typical Ladin, Mediterranean and express cuisine. For a slightly different evening, we invite you to try a hut dinner, which we organise weekly during the winter (every Thursday evening on reservation. Snowcat transport).

We run our small alpine hut with great passion. Our aim is to offer you a unique experience in contact with nature and animals. Enjoy our alpine pasture with a typical dish, our goat products or homemade cakes. In our malga, time stands still.

Ütia da Rit mountain hut is located in an amazing territory, among the most famous Dolomites Peaks, and it is an important refreshment point for tourists and travelers. Our mountain hut is in the small village of La Val ("La Valle") at 2000 meters altitude, at the gates of the beautiful Natural Park of Fanes-Sennes-Braies. Our guests can enjoy here the typical South Tyrolean cuisine and wines, both inside and outside the hut. Our tasty but healthy menu offers cold starters, traditional alpine soups, home-made pasta, meat and egg plates, as well as tasty desserts…

From our sun terrace the breathtaking mountain backdrop is enchanting, with views of the Sella group, Langkofel and Cir peaks. The hut, which is situated at 2220 metres above sea level, offers a cosy, leisurely atmosphere in its lovingly furnished Tyrolean parlours, plus delicious, stylish food.

The rifugio Punta Trieste is located on the Pralongiá plateau and it can be reached with the chair lift Pralongià that starts near the golf course of Corvara. From there you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Marmolada and the Sella Group.

Our kitchen is principally based on traditional dishes of the ladin cuisine of South Tyrol. Typical ingredients as potato, barley, meat, milk products are utilized in the local recipes, using high quality products of South Tyrol. Since some years we have included some gourmet plates, created from star cooks, and their recipes have given our kitchen a creative evolution.

Situated above the Edelweisstal, at the foot of Mount Sassongher you will find this small jewel “Col Pradat,” embedded between the majestic Dolomites of Alta Badia, right next to the ski lift of the same name. Spend unforgettable Lodge Nights or celebrate the most beautiful day of your life, your wedding day, in the comfortable atmosphere of the Col Pradat Lodge in the heart of the Val Badia mountain world. You can see everything from here: From the terrace you can look directly into the Mittagstal, the Marmolada, the Cristallo, the Tofane, the Langkofel, and the Sassongher. In the summer, you can conveniently get to us on foot, with a mountain bike, or come directly to us via the ski lift. In the winter, you can come directly to the Col Pradat Lodge on skis or with a few steps. Thursday evening, dinner by reservation. Transport by snowcat. Extra evenings: 08.12 / 27.12.

In our small rustic hut we like to entertain You in a friendly feel. This is the ideal place to enjoy relaxing moments and to savour delicious drinks and foods.

In Guesthouse Pederü we look after your wellbeing – of course also from a culinary point of view. And we do this personally: Walter is responsible for the cuisine while Paul, Erika and Walter look after the service. DINNER ON REQUEST!! We serve typical specialities from South Tyrolean farmers' cuisine. For the production of meals we mainly use products from our own garden or from nearby farmers. It is important for us to use regional products and food of the highest quality. Our dumpling and game specialities can be especially recommended… and the latter are hunted by the host personally.

An exclusive refuge in Alta Badia - the ideal place in summer and winter. The PIZ BOÉ Alpine Lounge, at an altitude of 2,200 metres, adjacent to the mountain station of the Boé cable car, is conveniently accessible for everyone: skiers, hikers or even families with children. Here, an unusual, modern alpine hut awaits you, characterised by ample space and modern furnishings. You can admire the Dolomite panorama from the large windows of the KELINA Fine Dine, sip a special aperitif in our AMIRÉ Lounge or have lunch together in the PLAN DE SASC - Show Cooking Area with a breathtaking view of the Sassongher.

Surrounded by enchanting mountains you will spend wonderful hours in our cottage, where you can eat delicious dishes and relax on our comfortable terrace. This is the right place to forget your sorrows while you lie in the sun with a good book or your best friends. We are really pleased to spoil you with our hospitality. The Nagler mountain hut is located 1850 meters above the sea level. You can reach the refuge by foot or with the chair lift. Our customers can taste the deliciuous ladin cuisine, relax, enjoy the nature and especially the wonderful view. Furthermore, the small lake "Le" is only a short 10 minute walk away.

Our hut offers a bar, restaurant with typical and international kitchen with a terrace with wonderful panorama view.

Whether after a wonderful excursion in the Dolomites or during your stay in our refuge, we will spoil you with handmade dishes from the local cuisine. Our menu offers various crispy salads from our garden, handmade pasta dishes, as well as Tyrolean specialities like dumplings and divers meat dishes. For a sweet finish we will surprise you with handmade cakes and elaborate desserts.

The shelter has a large sunny terrace with bar and restaurant. Here you can enjoy aperitifs, simple dishes, Ladin, Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine, homemade desserts, and a great selection of wines.
