Our kitchen is principally based on traditional dishes of the ladin cuisine of South Tyrol. Typical ingredients as potato, barley, meat, milk products are utilized in the local recipes, using high quality products of South Tyrol. Since some years we have included some gourmet plates, created from star cooks, and their recipes have given our kitchen a creative evolution.

Ütia da Rit mountain hut is located in an amazing territory, among the most famous Dolomites Peaks, and it is an important refreshment point for tourists and travelers. Our mountain hut is in the small village of La Val ("La Valle") at 2000 meters altitude, at the gates of the beautiful Natural Park of Fanes-Sennes-Braies. Our guests can enjoy here the typical South Tyrolean cuisine and wines, both inside and outside the hut. Our tasty but healthy menu offers cold starters, traditional alpine soups, home-made pasta, meat and egg plates, as well as tasty desserts…

A stone’s throw from San Vigilio di Marebbe and the Passo Furcia. An Eldorado for sports lovers – as soon as the first snow falls, guests can head to the Ruis ski lift on the hotel’s doorstep, connected to the Dolomiti Superski carousel, and soar up to the Plan de Corones summit. And, when the snow starts to melt and the mountains awaken from their winter slumber, the paths and dirt tracks welcome hikers and ramblers for outdoor adventures set against the backdrop of unspoilt, Alpine nature. Welcome to a slice of paradise on Earth. Welcome to the Gran Fodà. Good food does not need much – genuine, local ingredients, sourced from quality producers living and working in the area. We prepare our menus throughout the day focusing on nature and paying the right amount of respect to each and every ingredient. The Bergl Hut is located at an altitude of 2,188 m below the Pleisshorngrat of the Ortler, in the heart of the Stelvio National Park. It is accessible in about 1.5 hours from the Holy Three Fountains in Trafoi via trail No. 18. The Bergl Hut is situated directly across from the second-highest mountain pass road in the Alps, the Stelvio Pass, and offers an impressive view of the surrounding peaks, the stunning alpine landscape, and the Stelvio Pass road with its 48 hairpin turns. The hut delights its guests with a selection of regional specialties. Here, hikers can enjoy hearty dishes such as dumplings, speck platters, and pasta dishes made with local ingredients. Sweet temptations like apple strudel or Kaiserschmarrn are also a must. The Bergl Hut is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes and mountain tours, such as to the Payer Hut or further on to the Ortler, the highest mountain in the Eastern Alps.

The Rifugio I Tablà is located at 2040 meters above sea level between La Villa, Corvara, and San Cassiano, in the heart of the Alta Badia area. Our structure, with its traditional architecture, reflects the authenticity and warmth of Ladin tradition. We offer a bar and a restaurant with a beautiful sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing after summer hikes or winter skiing. Our products are carefully selected to offer you genuine dishes. There are always traditional dishes, but you will also find creations from Michelin-starred chefs and dishes skillfully prepared by our own chefs. You can also discover interesting wine labels in our wine list. In summer, we offer a playground and host animals such as goats, rabbits, chickens, and quails, making the visit even more special for our young guests. Enjoy our handmade specialitis The alpine air at the Fodara Vedla alp makes you really hungry! Whether after a wonderful excursion in the Dolomites or during your stay in our refuge, we will spoil you with handmade dishes from the local cuisine. Our menu offers various crispy salads from our garden, handmade pasta dishes, as well as Tyrolean specialities like dumplings and divers meat dishes. For a sweet finish we will surprise you with handmade cakes and elaborate desserts.

The Ütia Paraciora has a family atmosphere, ready to welcome anyone who wants to get to know our valley. Visiting the Ütia Paraciora means immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the Dolomites, tasting the local cuisine and experiencing the warm welcome typical of Alta Badia. It all began on 26 December 1993 with the Castlunger family. The years have passed, but the hospitality and the warmth of the management have remained and we would like to welcome you. Ütia Paraciora is a refuge located between the villages of Badia and La Villa and is a point of reference for those who want to stop for a bite to eat, a short break or to recharge their batteries. It is open both in summer and winter and has a ski slope next to it. It's the ideal place to try some traditional or grilled dishes, but a good aperitif at sunset on the terrace, surrounded by greenery and with a view of the Dolomites, wouldn't be bad either, would it? An exclusive refuge in Alta Badia - the ideal place in summer and winter. The PIZ BOÉ Alpine Lounge, at an altitude of 2,200 metres, adjacent to the mountain station of the Boé cable car, is conveniently accessible for everyone: skiers, hikers or even families with children. Here, an unusual, modern alpine hut awaits you, characterised by ample space and modern furnishings. You can admire the Dolomite panorama from the large windows of the KELINA Fine Dine, sip a special aperitif in our AMIRÉ Lounge or have lunch together in the PLAN DE SASC - Show Cooking Area with a breathtaking view of the Sassongher.

From our sun terrace the breathtaking mountain backdrop is enchanting, with views of the Sella group, Langkofel and Cir peaks. The hut, which is situated at 2220 metres above sea level, offers a cosy, leisurely atmosphere in its lovingly furnished Tyrolean parlours, plus delicious, stylish food.

Welcome to our mountain hut in La Val, in the heart of Alta Badia. Here, at 2000 metres, you can enjoy breathtaking views, authentic Ladin cuisine with products from our farm, and a warm welcome. After a day of hiking, relax in our rustic and comfortable ambience. We look forward to offer you a unique experience in the Dolomites. The mountain hut is closed in winter.

We run our small alpine hut with great passion. Our aim is to offer you a unique experience in contact with nature and animals. Enjoy our alpine pasture with a typical dish, our goat products or homemade cakes. In our malga, time stands still.

The refuge is an ideal place for recreation during a hike or to stop for a bite to eat during a ski day – on your way on the Sellaronda, don't hesitate to visit us at the refuge Edelweiss. Our kitchen offers tasty dishes of typical Ladin, Mediterranean and express cuisine. For a slightly different evening, we invite you to try a hut dinner, which we organise weekly during the winter (every Thursday evening on reservation. Snowcat transport).

In the summer, you can conveniently get to us on foot, with a mountain bike, or come directly to us via the ski lift. The Rifugio Oltradige al Roen/Überetscher Hütte faces the Dolomites with a stunning view over the Adige's Valley. Lots of trails head to the Rifugio, from the most demanding to the simplest one, wich is also suitable for baby buggy. Right behind the Rifugio starts an easy via Ferrata that leads to the top of Monte Roen, the view up there is even more astonishing. The Rifugio offers the possibility to stay overnight, that gives the guests the chance to enjoy the sunrise coming up from the Dolomites.

The refuge is reachable also by Gardenacia cableway, then about 40 minutes on foot. Completely restored during spring 2009; run by Nagler family of Badia.

Rifugio Cherz is a family-run establishment located in Alta Badia, in the heart of the Dolomites. In Guesthouse Pederü we look after your wellbeing – of course also from a culinary point of view. And we do this personally: Walter is responsible for the cuisine while Paul, Erika and Walter look after the service. DINNER ON REQUEST!! We serve typical specialities from South Tyrolean farmers' cuisine. For the production of meals we mainly use products from our own garden or from nearby farmers. It is important for us to use regional products and food of the highest quality. Our dumpling and game specialities can be especially recommended… and the latter are hunted by the host personally.

Near the Sanctuary, at the foot of Mount S. Croce you can discover one of the most famous and old mountain huts of the region. The little church dates back to 1484, while the house was built later in 1718. The mountain hut, where once pilgrims and wayfarers would stop, offers a welcoming and typically local environment, with old lounges, walls completely covered in wood and with the characteristic stone floors. Here you can find the famous "Kaiserschmarren" with bilberryjam, the eggs with speck and potatoes and the polenta with cheese and muschrooms. During the summer season it is also possible to stay overnight.

The rifugio Punta Trieste is located on the Pralongiá plateau and it can be reached with the chair lift Pralongià that starts near the golf course of Corvara. From there you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Marmolada and the Sella Group.
