You can reach the hut comfortably by using the cable car "Kuppelwies-Schwemmalm" or via several beautiful hiking trails. On the beautiful sun terrace with local dishes, alpine products from our own production, butter and cheese from our own cheese factory, as well as South Tyrolean wines, you can escape the daily stress.     Young chef Franz Mulser conjures up superlative dishes in a small kitchen just two and a half square metres in size at an altitude of 1930 m. The young chef’s maxim is “fresh and natural”. The hut has a maximum capacity of 25 people and, in the evenings, meals must be booked in advance. During the day, hikers and, in winter, skiers and snowboarders come here in search of refreshment. The evenings are particularly relaxing and guests can enjoy Franz’s dishes, such as hay soup with truffles or local venison.
