At Tapas you can enjoy traditional local and international cuisine. In addition to the varied lunch menu with delicious regional dishes, we serve a variety of snacks for smaller appetites throughout the day.

Directly at the lake lies our idyllically situated restaurant. Comfortable lounges and a charming garden terrace invite to various celebrations. We especially recommend our local specialties like dumplings, "Schlutzkrapfen" or "Tiroler Tris" as well as pasta dishes, grill or our well known Wienerschnitzel. Healthy cuisine – healthy body – healthy spirit Restaurant Schwarzer Adler – the first guesthouse in Villabassa Schwarzer Adler was the first guesthouse in Villabassa. Opened in the 15th century, philosophers, scientists and other academics and summer guests from the hogher echelons of Austro-Hungarian nobility visited the guesthouse. Under the management of the renowned tourism expert Emma Hellenstainer, the guesthouse became popular for its exquisite cuisine. Guests were spoiled with healthy food already back in Miss Emma's day! This tradition has been preserved up to date. Whenever possible we use home-grown products or products from organic farmers from the surroundings, who we know in person.
