We are in a sunny, peaceful location bursting with nature at 1,420m in the hills situated above Welsberg/Monguelfo. It is not only a restaurant to visit for a meal but also a lovely place to spend a few hours– whether as a couple or a family. You can reach the restaurant comfortably by car from the centre of Monguelfo in just 10 minutes, or if you are the outdoors type there are many walking trails that pass our door. Our chef creates traditional home-made Tyrolian specialities as well as international favourites. We spend our time searching for the highest quality local ingredients. We use fresh herbs and home-grown produce from our vegetable garden when the seasons allow. Enjoy the family atmosphere in our homely ’Stube’ which makes for a memorable experience. The Gasthof Videgg has been a traditional family-run business for over 60 years, operated by the Mair family. Following the devastating fire in March 2023, the inn will reopen in April 2025.

The Restaurant Pizzeria Sports Center is located directly on the Haunold / Baranci skiing and hiking area in Innichen / San Candido. The tasty pizzas and the South Tyrolean cuisine attract many locals and guests. The menu with dishes from the 3 Zinnen Dolomites region is definitely promising! There is something for every gourmet: from various salads to homemade dumplings, pasta dishes, goulash and sweet desserts. A highlight of the kitchen is the large selection of pizzas from the charcoal oven (pizza only in the evening). The homemade pizza dough topped with fresh and regional products will win over every pizza lover - whether classic, calzone, white pizza or vegetarian pizza. Tradition and Originality! Our Gothic drawing room at the country manor house dates back to the 11th century. It was the residence of the "Lords of Wangen" and also of successive generations. The last restoration took place at the end of the 18th century. Enjoy our carefully prepared culinary treats in Hotel Kematen's cosy drawing room and be enchanted by the distinctive character of this inviting guest room.
