A visit to the Hopfen & Co. brewery-restaurant is a must for every guest of Bolzano. The former corner tower of the city walls with the old prison, is now a museumlike-building offering culinary hospitality. The medieval cellar houses the fresh and tasty Bozner Bier, which is served directly to the tables in the antique “Stuben” on the three floor's restaurant. A place of culinary pleasures based on appetizing traditional South Tyrolean dishes, with carefully selected products and raw materials from the region. Speck, cold meats and cheese bearing the South Tyrolean brand. Knödel, spätzle, ravioli are made by hand by our kitchen brigade.

Let us spoil you in our traditional inn, in the former coach of the bishops. Enjoy typical dishes or pizzas along with the famous beer of the monastery of Andechs.

The Madritsch Hut is located in Solda, below the Madritsch Pass in the middle of the mountain world around King Ortles. The hut can be reached via the large Solda panoramic cable car to the mountain station at 2,610 m. The family-friendly hiking trail along the summer pasture of Reinhold Messner's yaks takes you to the Madritsch Hut (2,820 m) in around 1 hour. On the sun terrace you will be enchanted by Tyrolean specialties and the breathtaking mountain scenery. The Madritsch hut, which is typically furnished with wood, was largely rebuilt in 2017 and furnished in a modern style. The kitchen spoils you with traditional South Tyrolean & Italian dishes such as Tyrolean dumplings, Schlutzkrapfen and delicious Kaiserschmarrn. In the Yak Bar, hot chocolate or coffee awaits you and in Europe’s highest igloo, cool beer, Willi afterwards and great après-ski music await you. The "Steinrast" 1.723m is hide in the most beautiful lateral valley of the Val d'Ultimo. In summer the "Steinrast" is an ideal starting point for splendid hikes and excursions. We are also accessible by the new cable car of the "Schwemmalm" as a secret suggestion for mountainbikers. In winter the snow covered "Steinrast" fascinate for it's paradise for the snowrackets. The Turmwirt is located in the historic center of Gudon between the church and Castel Summersberg. In the former clerk building of the 17th century the Gasser family serves since 5 generations seasonal and regional dishes accompanied by fine wines from the surrounding vineyards.

Our cuisine is known for its homemade food and excellent service. Every day we serve you in our Chalet in San Candido / Versciaco with different daily specials such as homemade pasta (Schlutzer), alpine cheese grilled, and much more. Very delicious are also the homemade desserts like the apple pie or the buckwheat cake. Dinner only on request.
