At lunch and dinner, delicious dishes from South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine as well as tasty pizzas are served. The restaurant is located right on the Pustertal cycle route, and right in front of the entrance is the Olang, Rodelbahnweg Citybus stop, served by line 435.1 – making it easy to reach on foot, by bike or by bus.

At the foot of Sass de Pütia, 55 minutes from Passo delle Erbe car park via the City of Rocks. Local dishes, grilled specialities, homemade cakes.

Helmut, the head of the house, will spoil you with traditional South Tyrolean cuisine and exquisite culinary delights, prepared with fresh products from our own garden and our farm. Autumn time is Törggele time: especially for Törggelen in autumn we serve game specialties, tasty dishes such as smoked meat, meat platters with cabbage, Dumplings, Schlutzer, homemade farmer's bacon, chimney sausage, church donuts, and - of course - roasted chestnuts!

The Steinb.ck is a classic inn in Glorenza/Glurns, with down-to-earth cuisine at its best.

Our chef of the house will spoil you personally with a variety of delicacies. In the morning we served you a rich breakfast buffet with various South Tyrol special features, homemade jams and cakes , breads, a variety of different yoghurt and cereals and an organic corner with products from strictly controlled cultivation. At lunch time we serve you in our restaurant “Tesselberger Stuben" a variety of international dishes or you can satisfy the hunger in the afternoon with a hearty snack, with different cakes and ice creams. As part of the half board in the evening you can choose between a 3-4 course menu of international dishes, as well as a fresh salad and appetizer buffet. South Tyrol is the meeting place of two cultures. It is a place where the Alpine and Mediterranean influences touch. These two different cuisines have their own unique and special characteristics. Reservation requested! On the one hand, it is particularly important for us to bring the regional cuisine to our guests, as we have known it since our childhood. However, we would also like to offer our guests perfected Mediterranean cuisine. Our talented chef fuses these two traditions, creating new and extraordinary dishes. We pay close attention to the ingredients used, following a simple principle: We only purchase products that we would personally use when cooking for our own children. Likewise, when buying products, we buy from local suppliers. Following these principles is important to us. On request!

The Talbauer Inn in Tirolo is in an impressive panoramic location. Especially favored by the climate, the Talbauer Inn sits at 1,200 m a.s.l. like an eagle's nest on the side of the Mut mountain above the spa town of Merano. The Gamper family has run a traditional inn here serving hearty cuisine since 1961. The Talbauer Inn stands at the heart of South Tyrol on the southern slopes of the Texelgruppe Nature Park with views of Merano and the Val d'Adige. In our three dining-halls – two in Tyrolean rustic style from the year 1908 and one with vaulted ceiling – we serve you delicious creations from our chef Georg Steurer made of the best ingredients of the respective season, fresh fruit and vegetables of local produce as well as home made pasta and sweet delicacies. Elaborate preparation with mainly local ingredients, partly produced on our own farm, which leave nothing to be desired.

Get pampered in the rustic knight's cellar deep beneath the houses of Chiusa/Klausen, on the sun terrace with its picturesque views of the Isarco/Eisack river esplanade or right in the romantic alley of the historic centre. Our typical regional delicacies, varied menus and our wide range of Italian specialties leave nothing to be desired.
