In 2021, we set up our shop Carma at the gourmet haven Brennerstrasse 6 in Brixen to share with you our prized tradition of comforting Italian cuisine. Carma stands for uncompromising Italian and Südtirol taste. That is why we make our pasta exclusively with fresh products delivered straight from Italy. Come by and taste for yourself!

The Gasthof Weissenstein is situated at 1520 m above sea level and offers a restaurant, a beer garden and a terrace with a wonderful panorama. Every day a delicious breakfast awaits you and at lunchtime we surprise you with various delicacies from our kitchen.

Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Peter Kantioler was able to marry a perfectly good glass of wine with the traditional local and the Mediterranean cuisine. Food lovers are spoiled every Wednesday and Friday (dinner) and every Saturday for lunch. In summer you can take advantage of the garden, the only one of its kind in Bressanone. Renovated 3 years ago calls just to enjoy a glass of fine wine chosen by an extensive wine list. We invite you to submit to a test and come visit us at Vinus.
