We offer different types of pasta which we prepare fresh on a daily basis. We take our Italian culinary heritage seriously. This is why you can expect carefully selected, high-quality ingredients from Südtirol and Italy that meet organic standards. We're three adventurers with a passion for great pasta. In 2021, we set up our shop Carma at the gourmet haven Brennerstrasse 6 in Brixen to share with you our prized tradition of comforting Italian cuisine. Carma stands for uncompromising Italian and Südtirol taste. That is why we make our pasta exclusively with fresh products delivered straight from Italy. Come by and taste for yourself!
