Grünwald was born from a passion for good cuisine and the careful search for local ingredients. We offer typical dishes from Trentino cuisine, but also a wide choice of pizzas, from the most classic to the most elaborate.

Steakhouse Panorama in Rabland has officially been ranked among the 50 best steakhouses in Italy for 2025 – awarded by the Braciamiancora initiative. As the only South Tyrolean restaurant on the list, it stands out for its high-quality meat sourced from local producers. The meat is aged in-house using Dry Agers and grilled over charcoal. For brothers Andi and his team, the award is both a recognition and an incentive. Their philosophy: authentic meat enjoyment with respect for nature and animals.

Between the Alps and the South Tyrolean Dolomites, AlpiNN by Norbert Niederkofler is located at the summit of Kronplatz at an altitude of 2.235 meters. The restaurant is housed in the same building as LUMEN, a unique museum dedicated to mountain photography. Pristine nature and breathtaking panoramas make this place truly special. In every season and every direction, stunning landscapes unfold in their purest form. Here, mountains, tradition, local culture, and culinary innovation merge into a one-of-a-kind experience. AlpiNN was created as part of a revitalization project in the former mountain station of the old cable car and opened in December 2018. The restaurant quickly became a meeting point for gourmets and mountain enthusiasts, perfectly embedded in the stunning natural surroundings. The design, crafted by Martino Gamper, follows Norbert Niederkofler’s "Cook the Mountain" philosophy.

We offer fine Italian cuisine, typical South Tyrolean specialties and a variety of drinks list. In the morning we serve the guests a rich breakfast buffet. At noon they are a long range of pasta dishes, fine soups and hearty meat dishes to choose from. In the evening our chef spoils you with delicious healthy vegetables from the salad buffet menus and desserts.

In the kitchen of our hotel in La Villa, you can feel the love for fresh, regional products and the passion for fine cuisine from Chef Erich (owner of Hotel Ciasa Tamà). In the evening, various menu options are offered, combining typical Ladin and South Tyrolean dishes with Italian and international cuisine. Themed evenings are organized during the week, such as the traditional Ladin dinner and a rich dessert buffet. Breakfast is mainly served buffet-style, with a wide selection of sweet and savory items, including fresh natural products and homemade delicacies.

We don't serve gourmet cuisine because we love the authenticity of local flavors. We offer typical Ladin and Italian dishes that reflect tradition. We serve smiles and warmth. In our restaurant at Passo Campolongo, you'll find delicious dishes of local venison with polenta, spinach casunziei with melted butter and smoked ricotta, Spätzle in all varieties, hearty barley soup with tirtle, and tasty dumplings made according to tradition. Additionally, you can choose from a selection of other Italian and international delicacies, all thoughtfully curated in a weekly menu for your stay. And as for breakfast, they say it's the best meal of the day! Imagine sitting in a room with carved wooden ceilings, elegant velvet fabrics, and a view of the Sella bathed in the colors of dawn, with a buffet laid out with warm croissants, sweet jams, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit juices, cold cuts and cheeses for all tastes, eggs of all kinds, and more!

A good meal can only taste great when it is prepared with love and passion. Our kitchen team at the Schneeberg Hotel in South Tyrol is well aware of this fact and invites you during your vacation here with us to a culinary voyage, where you'll love every bite

Freshness and the highest quality of ingredients and preparation are therefore of particular importance to us. We attach great importance to regional ingredients - milk and meat come from local farms. Landlord Rainer prepares all dishes fresh. We offer diet cuisine (also gluten-free) and light meals on request. The meals are served in one of our cosy rooms. Rainer cooks for our house guests. In the bar, at Bettina's, you can end the days in a convivial atmosphere.
