The ideal destination for the whole family, located in the hiking and skiing area Klausberg, reachable also by mountain-bike and with baby strollers. Our restaurant lies next to the Family Park Klausberg with water world, balance parcour and dinoland. Enjoy traditional dishes and local specialties.

In the cold season we are the ideal destination for winter hiking and snow shoe hiking. In addition our restaurant lies on the toboggan run “Kottersteg”.

Our cuisine is known for its homemade food and excellent service. Every day we serve you in our Chalet in San Candido / Versciaco with different daily specials such as homemade pasta (Schlutzer), alpine cheese grilled, and much more. Very delicious are also the homemade desserts like the apple pie or the buckwheat cake.

Chalet Zuegg 1.776 m At the foot of Mount Ifinger, Chalet Zuegg blends modern architecture with alpine charm and refined cuisine. In the Merano 2000 ski and hiking area, guests can enjoy regional specialties, creative gourmet dishes, and selected wines. On certain days, tasteful live music adds an extra touch to the dining experience.

The Turmwirt is located in the historic center of Gudon between the church and Castel Summersberg. In the former clerk building of the 17th century the Gasser family serves since 5 generations seasonal and regional dishes accompanied by fine wines from the surrounding vineyards.

The "Steinrast" 1.723m is hide in the most beautiful lateral valley of the Val d'Ultimo. In summer the "Steinrast" is an ideal starting point for splendid hikes and excursions. We are also accessible by the new cable car of the "Schwemmalm" as a secret suggestion for mountainbikers. In winter the snow covered "Steinrast" fascinate for it's paradise for the snowrackets. Many way-marked footpaths guarantees fun for everyone. We spoil our guests apart from the traditional tyrolean cuicine also with dishes containing home made herbs. Arrival From the Bolzano Sud motorway exit, immediately take the direction of Merano (Me-Bo highway), take the first exit towards Appiano / Caldaro following the "Strada del vino" signs. after approx. 100 mt., At the intersection, turn left towards Bolzano / Frangarto at the first roundabout go right towards Cornaiano. After approx. 3 km you will find on the left the indication of the hotel "Hotel Girlanerhof".

Après-ski bar outside and covered. The Ratschingser Stub'n is always an experience and offers good and exuberant mood after a nice day of skiing.

The Madritsch Hut is located in Solda, below the Madritsch Pass in the middle of the mountain world around King Ortles. The hut can be reached via the large Solda panoramic cable car to the mountain station at 2,610 m. The family-friendly hiking trail along the summer pasture of Reinhold Messner's yaks takes you to the Madritsch Hut (2,820 m) in around 1 hour. On the sun terrace you will be enchanted by Tyrolean specialties and the breathtaking mountain scenery. The Madritsch hut, which is typically furnished with wood, was largely rebuilt in 2017 and furnished in a modern style. The kitchen spoils you with traditional South Tyrolean & Italian dishes such as Tyrolean dumplings, Schlutzkrapfen and delicious Kaiserschmarrn. In the Yak Bar, hot chocolate or coffee awaits you and in Europe’s highest igloo, cool beer, Willi afterwards and great après-ski music await you. Enjoy the unique view of the Ortler Group from the sun terrace.

The menu features both classic bouillon chinoise fondue and cheese fondue, accompanied by timeless raclette and a curated South Tyrolean aperitif.
