In our newly designed restaurant, right at the St. Johann/Ranui car park we serve traditional delicacies from South Tyrol, crunchy mixed salads, desserts and pizzas from the oven.

In the beginnings a horse stable, the original vault from the 17 century was restored and conected with modern architectur. Open since 04.05.01 the area is daily open from 08.00 to 24.00. We serve pizzas and other food from 12.00 to 14.00 (in the high season we have non stop pizza service from 12.00 to 23.00) and at night from 17.30 to 23.00. We offer selected typical and traditional dishes, prepared according to family recipes, passed on over generations. Do you prefer the Italian cuisine and the "dolce vita italiana"? Arrival From the Bolzano Sud motorway exit, immediately take the direction of Merano (Me-Bo highway), take the first exit towards Appiano / Caldaro following the "Strada del vino" signs. after approx. 100 mt., At the intersection, turn left towards Bolzano / Frangarto at the first roundabout go right towards Cornaiano. After approx. 3 km you will find on the left the indication of the hotel "Hotel Girlanerhof".

We are a small restaurant focusing on the essentials. Quality is our number one priority. We work with produce that has been grown by farmers putting all their heart and passion in their work. Our personal contact with the farmers enable us to conjure up delicious, modern and sustainable meals.

South Tyrolean and Ladin specialities, Mediterranean classics and international dishes: the JH kitchen brigade put their heart and soul into creating mouth-watering recipes from natural, locally grown produce. The restaurant offers traditional Italian dishes and South Tyrolean specialties. It works normally in the evening, during the summer months it is also proposed to lunch for full board We propose dishes dietetic and gluten-free.

Pizzeria, Snacks & Bar.

The self-service restaurant and the cosy Tyrolean Stube on the ground floor of the Kolpinghaus are open daily, Monday to Friday from 11:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. The central location of the restaurant offers its guests a tasty two-course menu of South Tyrolean specialities every day, consisting of classic and international dishes and a large vegetable and salad buffet. On request and by prior arrangement, the restaurant is also open in the evening and at weekends for groups of travellers.

Appetite for something else? Let yourself be seduced by our Sushiman in the sushi and Asian cuisine. Sushi is a Japanese dish of cold, leavened rice, supplemented with ingredients such as raw, cooked and roasted seaweed, vegetables and eggs. The composition varies according to type and recipe, sushi is served in bite-sized pieces visually appealing prepared.

Our mountain inn lies near Lago di Favogna, a favorite biotope and swimming lake that is an insider tip for nature lovers. Typical Alto Adige cuisine with fresh ingredients and choice wines. Rooms are available at the inn as well.

Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler is not simply an exclusive restaurant, but the place where the starred chef's sustainable philosophy is fully realised. In the magnificent Moessmer period villa in Bruneck, you can enjoy the 'Cook the Mountain' tasting menu based on the best ingredients from the surrounding mountains and valleys, chosen with respect for their natural cycles and with the aim of minimising waste.
