    Pizzerias dans le Sud-Tyrol

    Le classique avec mozzarella, tomate et basilic ou plutôt une interprétation moderne avec du jambon séché à l'air et des fleurs de courgette ? Depuis les années 60, les pizzerias du Sud-Tyrol font chauffer leurs fours. Chacune des plus de 300 pizzerias des villes et des campagnes a sa particularité.
