Enjoy the popular Sylvaner white wine in the Sylvanerhof's bar. Our guesthouse opened in 1969 and was named after this grape variety. As pioneers of the variety, our father and grandfather planted it on the slopes of Kranebitt and Neustift. Since then it has become one of the most highly valued wines in the Eisack Valley. You can enjoy the peace and unique view of the Karspitz and Lake Radlsee over a delicious ice cream sundae or a homemade apple strudel and an excellent Italian cappuccino from our sun terrace.
