Already in 1135 the Föhrnerhof farm is mentioned in a document. The farm offers views across Bolzano, the Oltradige until the Bassa Atesina and insights into a long history. Speck, home-made bread, spinach ravioli, spinach, cheese and beetroot dumplings, boiled beef, spare ribs, knuckle of pork, house sausage with cabbage, rabbit, lamb and mutton dishes – this is only a short abstract of specialities which are seasonally dished up at the farm inn. Wine lovers are spoiled with Chardonnay, Vernatsch and Lagrein. The homemade juices, like apple, elderflower, peppermint, lemon balm and blackcurrant juice complete the range perfectly.
