The Foodparc Brix 0.1 restaurant is an innovative concept that combines kitchen, bar, pub and ice cream shop under one roof. In line with the concept it is also architecture - cosmopolitan and modern - and it is still rooted in South Tyrol.

In addition to our bakery and pastry shop, you will find a wide selection of snacks, pizzas, baguettes, wraps, salads and sandwiches, as well as a small selection of groceries. In our store in via Bastioni Maggiori a coffee bar invites you to relax and enjoy our specialities. For the production of our bread we use only natural ingredients. To the delight of customers attentive to food, our wide assortment of bread was enriched by many organic products. These raw materials are good for health and a pleasure for the palate. About 500 labels - good wines from the Eisack Valley, South Tyrol, Italy and the entire world are stored on the shelves and decorate the wine bar. To match your preferred wine, Christoph Mayr and his entire team spoil your palate with refined, seasonal, regional and trendy dishes. All wines are available for purchase in the Wine Shop as a present or to enjoy at home.

The Gasserhof is a traditional house in St. Andrä, near Brixen. At lunchtime, the Gasserhof has its restaurant open for you between 12.00 and 13.30. For several years, chef Fabian has offered his guests moments of extreme pleasure. With his creative dishes he accompanies you on a delicious journey through traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, a real tasting experience. The team is also supported by Hermann, who is happy to share his experience and expertise with his colleagues. One “must” in the kitchen: the preservation of the true taste of the products, which must be genuine, pure, and intense. For this reason, vegetables, herbs, berries and fruit come directly from the hotel garden.

Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Peter Kantioler was able to marry a perfectly good glass of wine with the traditional local and the Mediterranean cuisine. Food lovers are spoiled every Wednesday and Friday (dinner) and every Saturday for lunch. In summer you can take advantage of the garden, the only one of its kind in Bressanone. We run a butcher shop know throughout this area. We get the meat from our own livestock and from nearby farms. We use these products to make hearty and delicious specialties of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. We also have a large vegetable garden, and can thus offer our guests not only good-tasting foods, but also guaranteed fresh and healthy ingredients.

In the chic Viertel Bar, travellers and locals meet for original snacks, exclusive drinks and an extensive selection of local craft beers. Viertel Bier, which is produced at the own brewery in Schabs, plays the leading role.
