Bottega del Caffè Dersut - typical Italian traditional coffee shop Our specialty is our coffee. We offer our hot and cold coffee. A hot specialty for example is our Coffee Nutè - a coffee with Nutella. With our offers of cold coffee our customers love Coffee Orange and Coffee Amaretto. 3 distinct blends to taste including dewaxed or 100% Arabica. We also have the sale of coffee. Seasonal juices like Dissetante and traditional ones like Energy. Fresh citrus juices. Of course we have aperitifs such as Rudy Spritz, Hugo, Pomegranate Spritz, Peach Melba Spritz and selected white and red wines. To eat we offer yoghurt produced in the area with Müsli and fruit, croissants that follow the customers' tastes and small dishes for the small hunger, ice cream cups and fresh cakes every day.

Our pastry treats you with our specialty pastries: croissants with chocolate and walnuts, south tyrolean strudel, chocolates and various cakes. The cakes are made to order for any occasion. In summer you will find our homemade ice cream that you can comfortably enjoy in our garden.

Directly at the lake lies our idyllically situated restaurant. Comfortable lounges and a charming garden terrace invite to various celebrations. We especially recommend our local specialties like dumplings, "Schlutzkrapfen", goulash, roast or trout as well as various pasta dishes, risotto and grill. Home made apple strudel, cakes, tiramisù and especially delicious sundaes as far as the eye can see let the afternoon fade in a very pleasant way.

Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Peter Kantioler was able to marry a perfectly good glass of wine with the traditional local and the Mediterranean cuisine. Food lovers are spoiled every Wednesday and Friday (dinner) and every Saturday for lunch. In summer you can take advantage of the garden, the only one of its kind in Bressanone. In the centre of the diocesan city of Brixen, under the arches, stands the townhouse of the Hotel Fink, due to be refurbished in the coming months. Uncovering the historic structure and respectfully renovating the old oriels and frescoes will create space in order to revive the building’s original character. The nine suites, restaurant and spa, all lovingly furnished in a clear and purist style, underline the townhouse’s cloistered atmosphere. The Foodparc Brix 0.1 restaurant is an innovative concept that combines kitchen, bar, pub and ice cream shop under one roof.
