Today we get out in nature! On our exciting voyage of exploration we visit the fruit tree meadow at the Koasa Hof in St. Johann. Delicious fruits such as apples, pears and plums grow there and we’ll discover how to make jam, juice and apple rings from them. Maybe we’ll even get to taste some ourselves! As well as fruit trees, there are also some small animals on the farm – for example chickens and rabbits. Together we’ll find out how to harvest and process fruit and how important nature is for our food. So pack your rucksack and bring a good mood with you – and let’s have a fruity adventure!

Evening hike to the St. Helena chapel with an art-historical guided tour. This charming little church features rich frescoes from around 1400, created by the Bolzano School of Painting. The style closely relates to frescoes in Terlan’s parish church and St. Catherine’s in Fiè. A highlight is the Niederthor family coat of arms on the triumphal arch, indicating their patronage. Hidden under layers of paint for years, the coat of arms was rediscovered in 1885 and restored in 1938. After the visit, we enjoy the scenic view before returning to the starting point. The e-bike tour starts in Monguelfo and leads along the idyllic Val Casies Valley cycle route to S. Martino. Along the route, there are various access points. The route leads past the charming Kahnwirt and Kircherwirt inns before climbing up the alpine path to the Versellalm and on to the Tolderhütte hut. A particular highlight are the extensive, carefully tended alpine pastures, which can be explored during a guided tour. These alpine pastures have been extensively enhanced: new fences were installed, and about a dozen old barns were faithfully restored or rebuilt in their original design using traditional materials. This varied hike takes you through a fascinating landscape at the foot of the Latemar: from expansive alpine meadows and mystical rock labyrinths to a hidden lake in the middle of the forest. Perfect for an adventurous day in the Dolomites! Tour Description: Our tour begins at the Tiers cable car, which takes us comfortably to the Frommer Alm. From there, bus line 186 brings us to the Nigerstraße intersection, where our hike starts on foot. We follow the trail across the idyllic Latemar meadows, offering breathtaking views of the Dolomites and the perfect spot for a short break to soak in the surroundings. The path then leads us into the famous Latemar Labyrinth, a highlight of the hike. This labyrinth of massive boulders, created by an ancient landslide, provides an exciting and unique hiking experience. After navigating the labyrinth, we arrive at the Mitterleger, a picturesque alpine meadow. From there, we continue to Mittersee, a hidden forest lake that is particularly striking in early summer. Mittersee is a seasonal lake and does not hold water year-round, but its magical atmosphere amidst the forest makes it a special destination. Finally, we descend further to the historic Grand Hotel Carezza, where we end our hike in a relaxed manner. South Tyrol is renowned worldwide for its majestic mountains, clear Alpine lakes and idyllic walking trails. From the meeting point, we will drive together to the starting point of our excursion, located by the car park in Dun (1,480 metres). The first stretch of the route will take us along a forest path in the direction of Bodenalm, then we climb a little up to Eisbrugg, where the snow never completely melts. The large, initially flat Eisbruggtal valley will afford us a breather until we climb up to the Kröllhütte hut (2,150 metres). There we’ll begin the final ascent to the Eisbruggsee lake (2,351 metres), which is also the highest point of this excursion. The 3,000-metre peaks of the Pfunders mountains mirrored in the crystal-clear waters of the Eisbruggsee make quite a sight. The way back is along the same route. This moderate E-Bike tour starts in Mühlbach and leads via Spinges – including a short visit to the historic bunker site – to Vals and up to the Nockalmhütte, where a cozy stop for refreshments is possible. Covering approx. 30 km and 1,100 meters of elevation gain, the route offers impressive views and exciting stops amidst beautiful nature. Because with Alessia, a hiking guide and ambassador of Alta Badia, the conversation turns to trash, starting with the waste left on the trails, to understand how certain behaviors can be truly harmful to the Alpine environment. Walking along the most frequented paths of Alta Badia, Alessia encourages collecting the waste left by the careless, all the while sharing curious anecdotes, prompting reflection and awareness. The experience wraps up in a convivial and relaxing moment: a picnic at the base of the Pisciadú waterfalls. From the stunning Lake Misurina along the wide hiking trail via the Grave di Pogata and Forcella Maraia to the Città di Carpi refuge 2100 m. Along the way there are magnificent views of the rocks of the Marmarole and Sorapiss group. A wonderful resting place in the middle of the majestic Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site, which invites to a stop and to feel the energy of the mountain landscape. The "Seven Lakes Tour" is a demanding but truly rewarding hike in the Ridnaun high mountains. We save the first two hours and 600 metres in altitude thanks to the shuttle that takes us from Maiern to the Moarerbergalm. From there we dive into the unmistakable world of the glacier lakes, in whose mostly calm surface shimmering sky spectacles are impressively reflected. For thousands of years, the lakes have been witnesses to the glacial world of the Ice Age. On our circular hike we enjoy the dreamlike view of the Moarer Weißen, also called the Ridnaun Dolomites. Ascent: 2h - 600 vertical meters and 3km (moderately steep) Descent: 4 to 6 hours - 1,350 vertical meters and 11 km (steep and bumpy) A break is made halfway along the Trüber See lake with your own provisions, no stop at a hut is planned.
