At the organic farm Gogerer you can visit the cows and chickens in the barn and on the pasture together with the farmer's wife Margareth. How does the milk get from the grass into the glass? An experience for young and old. You can be with the animals, stroke and feed them - you can be there too! At the end you have the opportunity to taste some products such as milk and organic yoghurt.

This unique, almost indescribable feeling of peace and quiet: enjoy the picturesque twilight atmosphere on the Ploseberg with us. Accompanied by the soothing chirping of crickets, we hike along the Dolomites High Trail to the Rossalm, where we stop for dinner (not included). Strengthened, we head to the viewpoint, where a breathtaking sunset awaits us with views of the fiery red Dolomite peaks, the Sarntal Alps and the main Alpine ridge. Participants first walk about 600 meters into the Elisabethstollen, then climb up a staircase (300 steps and 65 vertical meters) in an ore mining shaft to the Lorenzstollen.Then we walk about 400 meters back through the Lorenzstollen to the exit and through a path to the starting point. All clear for the night owls! The summer toboggan run is open every Wednesday until 10 pm! In the Rifugio Gigante Baranci you can enjoy a Tyrolean evening with typical South Tyrolean cuisine.

--Sun Bullacia-- The starting point of this demanding hike is the Panidersattel. From there, the trail leads uphill over hill and dale to Bulla. The rest of the trail leads along the Schnürlsteig trail to Puflatsch, which offers a fantastic panorama of the surrounding mountain groups. Due to the steep characteristic, absolute surefootedness is required. Once you arrive on Seiser Alm, you can enjoy the breathtaking panorama and a good lunch in one of the mountain huts. Our hiking guide leads you along the slopes of the Stelvio National Park from Prad to Lichtenberg. The e-bike tour takes us through the beautiful Val Gardena and is considered one of the most beautiful in the Dolomites. From the Vallunga valley, we follow forest and gravel paths to the Juac hut, where we enjoy the panorama. Surrounded by imposing rock walls, the tour continues to the “Rifugio Firenze” hut on Col Raiser. After a break, we bike to St. Jakob, the oldest church in Val Gardena, and then to Ortisei. Our downhill basic technique training in the bike park at Kronplatz is the ideal introduction to the exciting world of downhill mountain biking. In this course, participants learn the fundamentals of riding technique, including correct body positioning, line selection, and how to safely master steep slopes. Under the guidance of experienced technical guides, participants can improve their skills and enjoy the adrenaline of downhill riding in a breathtaking environment. A prerequisite for this course is participation in the basic technique training or already having mastered MTB basic techniques. On foot to the highest, year-round organic mountain farm Kofler in Rein. Organic farmer Irmgard accompanies the tour of the house and farm and invites you to a small tasting of her home-made products. Followed by a leisurely walk back to Rein/Riva.

Experience the new suspension bridge over the Marterloch! Our shuttle will take you (advance booking via www.jenesien.net or at the Jenesien tourist office is obligatory/special journeys on request) very close by - from there it's only a 10-minute walk to the spectacular view at a height of 130 metres over a length of 272 metres. A feeling almost as spectacular as flying!

For nature lovers, there is nothing more beautiful than vibrant colors and delightful scents. This tour offers experiences for all the senses: colorful herb fields, aromatic oils wafting into the nose, delightful flavors during tasting, and perfect tranquility. We start with a visit to the herb garden, explore the drying and processing rooms, discover a variety of herbal products, and conclude our tour with a small but exquisite product tasting of fresh tea, fruity syrup, and spicy schnapps. Experience the magic of dusk on the Hochmuth! Take the cable car to the mountain station, where a welcome aperitif awaits. The next highlight is on the terrace of the Hochmuth inn: a concert by the Burggräfler Alphorn players. Challenging trekking in a place of legends, where unbelievably the wild mountain and the cultural landscape of the alpine pasture cared for by the animals become one and the same and provide us with unique views. We start at the spectacular Lake Braies, in whose water the massive rock faces of the Croda del Becco are reflected and which is a true myth in the mountain world as well as one of the natural wonders of the Dolomites. We walk up through the forest to the alpine pasture where the animals graze: Fojedöra, a magical place where time has stood still and off the beaten track, an authentic and original place. The meadows are home to an exceptional variety of species and give us a view of a lake of our own: Lake Fojedöra. Throughout the walk we will move through the Fanes-Sennes-Braies nature park, also a UNESCO World Heritage site. Lunch there is the possibility to stop at the Fojedöra alpine hut, or we can each have a packed lunch. Starting from Laion by bus, passing through Chiusa, we reach the Alpe di Villandro. The hike begins once we arrive at the parking of the Gasser hut. The path leads us to the Rinderplatz hut, passing by Mount Samberg and Mount Pfundres. Upon arrival at the Villanders mine, we visit one of the most important mining areas in Tyrol. The impressive tunnels and historical artifacts provide a glimpse into mining history. After the visit, we return to Laion.
