    In the Arunda valley on the Laatscheralm alpine pasture (2049 m) family Frank is looking forward to you and spoils you with simple homemade dishes. The alpine pasture can be reached by a leisurely hike of just under 2 hours along the gently ascending forest path, starting above Schleis/Clusio, or for the more agile walkers via the steeper shortcuts. (sig). The Laatscher Alm alpine pasture is also part of the 360° circular hiking trail - on the 8th stage, you head for the alp on the way to the Joch on the west side of the Monterodes mountain. By bike it is reachable in about 1.5 h. Open from mid-May to early October.

    Kuppelrain is framed by trees and shrubs, you will find us directly at the small cozy station of Castelbello which has been modernized lately. Our proven team is still from Chef Jörg Trafoier and sommelier Sonya. Since the spring of 2013, is son Kevin Trafoier in the kitchen next to the stove and Jörg has his own style complements the creative dishes of our house and further developed. For some time, daughter Natalie Trafoier is now fully entered the family business. As a trained pastry chef and Patissière can expand our extensive range in our Bistrot perfect. In the bar, at Bettina's, you can end the days in a convivial atmosphere.

    The Bergl Hut is located at an altitude of 2,188 m below the Pleisshorngrat of the Ortler, in the heart of the Stelvio National Park. It is accessible in about 1.5 hours from the Holy Three Fountains in Trafoi via trail No. 18. The Bergl Hut is situated directly across from the second-highest mountain pass road in the Alps, the Stelvio Pass, and offers an impressive view of the surrounding peaks, the stunning alpine landscape, and the Stelvio Pass road with its 48 hairpin turns. The hut delights its guests with a selection of regional specialties. Here, hikers can enjoy hearty dishes such as dumplings, speck platters, and pasta dishes made with local ingredients. Sweet temptations like apple strudel or Kaiserschmarrn are also a must. The Bergl Hut is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes and mountain tours, such as to the Payer Hut or further on to the Ortler, the highest mountain in the Eastern Alps.
