Our Restaurant is situated in the front of the ancient Carthusian monastery, called "Allerengelberg".

Man does not live by bread alone. That is why our menu features the best of South Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine. We don’t want you to end up skin and bones, which is why we offer you plenty of choice, including crunchy pizzas fresh from the oven. The restaurant can be reached by car, train, bike and on foot, as it is located right next to the Vinschger Cycle Path and the train station in Spondinig. Experience top class culinary delights and visit us at restaurant Paradiso. Our head chef and his creative team will take you on a journey of culinary indulgence which touches all of your senses. Local products, interpreted in new ways, and fine wines from our wine cellar will make your evening at gourmet restaurant Paradiso to a perfect one. We also serve delicious, light meals in our à la carte restaurant for lunch.

There we offer freshly grounded coffee, cakes and gateaus of the hotel's own patisserie and in the summertime the delicious ice cream of Christian Moriggl, Eis Total, from Prad. A highlight are also our two terraces and the playroom for the kids. To enjoy with relish a cup of coffee keeping always an eye on the children – this is unique to us.

At Café Claudia, regular guests appreciate the friendliness of the hosts Claudia and Roland, the comfortable atmosphere, the high-quality products and the attention to the individual wishes of their guests. Delicious cappuccino, great ice cream, homemade cake and hearty snacks, bacon and regional specialties can be especially enjoyed on the sun terrace with a view of Lake Reschen or in the cozy rooms.

We offer diet cuisine (also gluten-free) and light meals on request. The meals are served in one of our cosy rooms. Rainer cooks for our house guests. In the bar, at Bettina's, you can end the days in a convivial atmosphere.
