In the outside area of the Bunker Museum, a spacious enclosure provides an opportunity to watch ibexes from a close distance. These impressive game animals are the unofficial national symbol of the Texelgruppe Nature Park and populate the Hinterpasseier also in the wild. They demonstrate their climbing skills in the rocky terrain at the bunker and hardly let themselves be disturbed by our guests. In addition, the Bunker Mooseum offers a wealth of unforgettable impressions and experiences, exciting history, science, impressive nature and landscape.

Guided tour of the church and visit to the Romanesque three apses church of St. Margarethen. It is one of the Romanesque sites in South Tyrol and represents an art-historical treasure of European value. On the Romanesque Road you will come across numerous documents from earlier times. From the "Foolish Virgins" and the "Dumpling Eater", to one of the oldest churches in Tyrol, the smallest town in the Alps and the highest Benedictine monastery in Europe, as well as other Romanesque frescoes and sites of unspeakable value, these are all part of the "Stairway to Heaven" project. Guided tour of the Niederlana parish church with the Schnatterpeck altar. A first church was built on this site in the early Middle Ages on Roman foundations. In 1492, the present late Gothic wall pillar church was consecrated. Josef Weingartner counts it among the "most beautiful Gothic churches in the country" in his "Art Monuments of South Tyrol". The Gothic winged altar from the workshop of Hans Schnattpereck is a work of art that is known far beyond the borders of the province.

During the family-friendly Discovery Tour, adults and children can learn all about the life of Ötzi the Iceman: At the archeoParc Museum, you’ll find various different challenges for you to overcome. We will guide you through our Gothic wine cellar and take a short tour of the vineyard just behind the cellar. We will give you an insight into the history of the farm and our passion for wine, gardens, art and cuisine, ending with a tasting of 6 wines from our range. We take the Brenner motorway to Rovereto. Through the Loppio Valley and the Passo San Givanni we already reach the north-eastern shore of Lake Garda at Torbole. We drive along the eastern shore to Malcesine. There we enjoy a longer stay to get to know the famous town on the eastern shore. In the early afternoon we take a private boat to Limone. During a tour of our vineyards, you can taste our wines and finally visit our barrique storage.

Every Wednesday we meet us in the farm of the Schildhof Obergereuth. Together we prepare South Tyrolean bread with spices and wheat from our farm. While the dough is rising and resting, we visit the wheat field and our mill from 1831. The bread and three recipes are taken home. While the bread is baking in the oven, we dedicate ourselves to lunch: a generous and varied platter of cheeses from the organic cheese dairies Aignerhof and Schupferhof, various types of bread from our farm and our medlar jelly. During a guided exploratory walk through the vineyards with winegrower Michl, you will learn everything you need to know about wine: from its history, to care measures, varieties and marketing. At the end of the exploration you can taste South Tyrolean wines and thus get to know the aromas and tastes of the region.

From Kohlern, a small, beautifully situated hamlet above Bolzano, we head into the Weihertal valley and continue on a steady climb to the Titschenwarte, where views of the Latemar and Rosengarten open up. We hike down through the forest to the Schneiderwiesen meadows with the inn of the same name, where we stop for a bite to eat. We then return to Kohlern along a forest path. ONLY IN GERMAN OR ITALIAN How is honey made, how is a bee colony organised and why are these busy insects that never seem to get tired so important for us? This guided tour into the world of bees and beekeepers provides the answers to questions like these and more. Expert Christian Kessler from the Partschins Beekeeping Association give an overview of the lives of these hard-working little pollinators, show how they work in the open beehive and the amazing social behaviour of bees, and explain how honey gets from the flower to a jar with the “Made in South Tyrol” brand label on it. Equipped with the right protective clothing, participants can marvel at and literally get to grips with the inner life of the bee hive at close quarters. The guided tour also explains the role that the beekeeper plays, what exactly he does and how his activities must be strictly aligned to the course of the bees’ year. Afterwards, participants can discover the outstanding quality of South Tyrolean honey for themselves by tasting various types of honey.

Perhaps you’ve always longed to go on a guided vintage & convertibles tour through South Tyrol– along serpentine roads, and through breathtaking scenery and wild, romantic valleys? The routes for our tours are carefully chosen, and are headed by experienced local guides. They lead over the most beautiful passes of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site, along seemingly impossible serpentine roads, past majestic mountains and crystal clear lakes, or along exquisitely picturesque roads through orchards and vineyards in the south of South Tyrol and the neighbouring province of Trentino. They also lead through typical Italian villages down to Lake Garda, with its unique flair and typical Italian “la dolce vita”.

Discover the WineCulturePath of Marlengo. From the village centre, it leads along quiet village streets via the numerous wine farms. Along the way you can find information panels about the history and culture of wine as well as giant-size items used in winegrowing. After the walk follows a wine-tasting. We cordially invite you to join us on an unforgettable hike along the old irrigation channels - the "Waalwege". This hike promises not only breathtaking landscapes, but also insights into the history of the channels, the steppe vegetation on the Monte Sole and the thermal water of Bad Kochenmoos. What is the difference between wild and farmed bees, how is a bee colony made up and how is honey actually produced? Beekeeper Walter answers all these questions and gives the participants further interesting information about the industrious helpers of our nature. With the appropriate protective equipment, you can marvel at the inner workings of a beehive and experience at first hand how honey is made, harvested and processed. At the end, you can taste the honey products made on the premises.

Via Bozen-Trient–Verona (short stay at a motorway station), we drive along the motorway to Padua and Venice. Arrival at around 10 a.m. By boat, we make our way to Saint Mark’s square in the centre of Venice. The city is built on 118 islands and offers many palaces and churches, romantic water ways and bridges, which bear witness to the former glory of the town. We stay in Venice for approx. 5 hours and return back via the Val Sugana to Trient and from there to Bozen and Schenna.
