During a guided tour of our winery in St. Martin, many exciting and interesting things await you. We will tell you passionately about the harvest, winemaking and wine and let you share in our art of winemaking. During a tour of our vineyards, you can taste our wines and finally visit our barrique storage. The guided tour will be in German and Italian.

Every Wednesday we meet us in the farm of the Schildhof Obergereuth. Together we prepare South Tyrolean bread with spices and wheat from our farm. While the dough is rising and resting, we visit our mill from 1831. The bread and three recipes are taken home. While the bread is baking in the oven, we dedicate ourselves to lunch: a generous and varied platter of cheeses from the organic cheese dairy Schupferhof, various types of bread from our farm and our medlar jelly. ONLY IN GERMAN OR ITALIAN Niedereben Farm is situated at an altitude of 634 metres on Nörderberg mountain. Benefiting from the advantageous climate, olives, grapes and cacti all flourish here. The Hofer family supplies the local organic specialist retailer (Biokistl) with its fruit and vegetables and sells a variety of home produced, typical South Tyrolean organic products in their own farm shop. Cows, pigs, quails, ducks, geese and chickens all feel like “pigs in clover” on the farm! This introduction to the long history of the farm gives visitors an insight into livestock husbandry and wine growing on the Vinschgau’s Nörderberg mountain and shows the route taken from the first olives to the production of the farm’s own olive oil. The following products are available to buy directly from the farm shop: speck (bacon), salami, smoked sausages, cooked herb-crusted ham, Coppa ham, farmer’s speck, seasonal fruit and vegetables, and in the autumn months chestnuts and pumpkins, apple juice and Vernatsch wine.

Discover the current collection of South Tyrol’s first female master distiller, experience the authentic distilling process and taste select wines and spirits in the 14th century tower cellar. Ripened in the sun, distilled in a copper vat: at the Gaudenz Farm Distillery only first-class, hand-picked fruit finds its way inside. Williams pears, apples, grapes, Vinschgau apricots and quinces are transformed into the finest, single-origin fruit brandies by hand using the keen instinct of the master distiller, which, with their authentic flavour are a true delight for the taste buds. Christine Schönweger, farmer and South Tyrol’s only female master distiller, describes the path she has taken from a love of fruit, via the art of distilling, to genuine and authentic indulgence, with a guided tour of the Gaudenz farm distillery in the Gaudententurm Residence plus tasting of the farm's own spirits.

This seminar uses selected historical examples from the last five centuries to illuminate how wars were ended and which factors played a role. Various patterns will be analysed, from the importance of international diplomacy to the political, social and military dynamics that influence peace. Using events such as the Peace of Westphalia, the world wars and conflicts of the 20th century, it becomes clear that the path to peace is often just as complex as the war itself. The perception of the actors, the involvement of third parties and the after-effects on society play a decisive role. from the series: understanding peace. War is raging in Ukraine and the Middle East, but armed conflicts have also increased worldwide since 2011. As part of this series of events, we are looking at peace and conflict in historical, philosophical and educational contexts. From April to the beginning of November, young winemaker Lukas from the Hillepranterhof invites you to enjoy his exquisite wines every Thursday at 5:30 pm. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of viticulture on a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar. On request, you can also be served a platter of regional specialties. Winegrowing has been a tradition at the Hillepranterhof for generations. Since 2021, winemaker Lukas has been processing the grapes directly on the estate and marketing his wines independently. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Vernatsch and Pinot Noir grow on the slopes of the vineyard. The Pinot Noir is a real highlight and embodies the unique character of the terroir. Things are “young and dynamic” at the Hillepranterhof - the Kapfinger family looks forward to your visit! The event takes place in German.

Experience an exciting tour of the vineyards with the winemaker of the Falkenstein Winery. Learn interesting facts about climate, soil, grape varieties, their care and history. Father Sebastian Kneipp’s water therapy gets the metabolism and circulation moving and demonstrably strengthens the body’s defences. In addition, it also helps with numerous chronic illnesses and nervous complaints such as headaches, migraines, sleep disorders, allergies, stubborn infections, stomach and bowel problems, and inner turmoil. The place and setting where the findings of Father Kneipp are put into practice is as special and impressive as the treatments themselves and the effect of the herbs and plants.

More than 60 vintage tractors, including 40 "Porsche-Diesel" tractors and 5 Porsche-Diesel Master tractors from various years of construction, can be viewed in the tractor museum. The oldest piece in the collection is a "Balilla" tractor dating from 1929. An experience for young and old! Please note: the guided tour is only available in German and Italian!

In a harmonious sequence of asanas (body postures), we will direct our awareness to our breathing and practice meditation. And quickly notice how the soothing silence in us activates new vitality and enables our soul to relax. A wonderful experience for anyone who has not yet ventured into the healing world of yoga, but also for all those who are already very familiar with it.

The arrival of this beautiful time of year is traditionally celebrated in Schenna with a big Spring Festival run by the Voluntary Fire Brigade. All ages get together in the covered Raiffeisenplatz in the centre of the village to celebrate, dance and have a fun time. Alongside live music and all kinds of food and beverages, there is entertainment for the little ones, a vintage car blessing for the big ones and the traditional Sunday morning drink for everyone.

You can expect a varied programme with a mixture of traditional and modern pieces that will musically ring in the spring. Let yourself be enchanted by the music and enjoy the special atmosphere of this concert together with us.

In early April, with the spectacular blossom of the apple trees, the Lana Golf Club will kick off the new season of tournaments. Participants in the tournament will be able to enjoy springtime South Tyrolean specialties made with wild herbs, which will be served directly on the golf course.
