The tasting takes place in the former cattle stable, which has been transformed into a cozy tasting room. Hiking guide Heinrich will accompany you on this beautiful tour. After a short bus ride to Vernuer/Vernurio, we will hike to the Öbersthöfe farms and continue to Gfeis/Caveis. Along the famous Merano Mountain High Trail, we will enjoy breathtaking views before returning to Vernuer/Vernurio. To round off the experience, we will visit an architecturally unique sawmill. From Vernuer above Riffian, the hike starts through beautiful sparse larch forest and over slopes full of alpine roses. Every Tuesday, music enlivens the city center, accompanied by events and much more. Kids Corner: On the Passeggiata Lungo Passirio, a space directly in front of the Kurhaus is dedicated to children. You can explore the plantages in the company of our apple expert Franz and follow the storage, sorting, packaging and shipping of the South Tyrolean apple. Our apple expert will let you in on all kinds of secrets about our apples' goodness, the varieties and how best to store them at home. This exciting and eventful event at the Runster Mill, on the Sonnenberg mountain Naturns, fascinates young and old! Accompanied by a guide, you hike slightly uphill to the Runster mill in approx. 30 minutes. Exciting stories and legends about Naturns are told along the way. Franz Fliri and Walter Müller from the Naturns/Plaus local history association will be waiting for you at the mill. Franz will tell you about the Runster Mill and its history. If you like, you can also take some of the freshly ground flour home with you and bake your own bread rolls. Every Tuesday, bike guide Markus takes us from Hafling on an e-bike over the Tschögglberg. On forest and woodland paths, we first ride via the Moschwald Alm and Maiser Alm up to the E5. The route is a little bumpy here and, with a little patience and the right technique, leads up to the Kreuzjöchl. From where we have a breathtaking panoramic view of South Tyrol's mountains. Along the way, there are always tips and hints for mountain biking in the terrain. Nice photo stops are also planned. Easy to moderately difficult e-mountain bike tour. Juval Castle Tour (39 km, 700 m elevation gain) The impressive Juval Castle Tour stretches over 39 kilometers and 700 meters of elevation gain, offering not only physical activity but also cultural and culinary highlights. The starting point is Algund. An experienced bike guide first leads us through a panoramic landscape to Töll. The route then continues along the Apple Road through blossoming orchards to Naturns and further towards Staben. Already during the ride, we enjoy a magnificent view up to the Juval Caslte, the famous castle of Reinhold Messner, which today houses a fascinating collection of Tibetan art and mountaineering history. We follow the bike path until the resting place (just before Staben) and then turn right at the wooden bridge towards the State Road and the Vinschgau Farmers' Store. After crossing the State Road, we need to pedal a bit more. However, with some stamina, we finally reach The Juval Castle, our destination for the day. Here, we will visit the castle and then take a delightful lunch break at a nearby inn. Rejuvenated, we begin the return journey to the starting point, Algund. The varied landscape and cultural attractions make this bike tour an unforgettable experience for nature enthusiasts who wish to actively explore the beauty of South Tyrol. This tour is ideal for experienced cyclists with a good basic level of fitness.

Herbal drinks are made from these plants, with herbal expert Brigitta Patzleiner explaining the beneficial properties of each herb. Afterwards, the drinks can be sampled. In addition, three take-home products are made together: a calendula salve or lip balm, an herbal salt, and an herbal liqueur. Herbs are so valuable because all their components, such as minerals, vitamins, and nutrients, correspond to the elements of the human body. This allows them to be easily absorbed and transported within the body to where they are needed. For example, a green rosemary drink stimulates circulation, provides energy, activates the brain, and improves concentration and memory.
