Students from the Meran-Passeier music school will musically stage classics of rock and pop history together with their teachers. The participating singers, guitarists, keyboard players, brass players, drummers and bass players interpret, among other things, Songs by Donna Summer, Bon Jovi, Rihanna, Karissa Ella, Olivia Rodrigo und Amy Winehous. The musical rehearsal was carried out by Stephan Karadar and Judit Pixner (vocals), Ingo Ramoser, Gernot Hofer, Christian Wicker and Fabio Bertagnolli (keyboard & piano), Christian Kofler (e-guitars), Dominik Told (e-bass), Hans Tutzer (brass), Hannes Reiterer, Max Calanducci and Daniel Unterhofer (drums). Christian Kofler is in overall management.

The Touriseum, located inside the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, stays open until 09:00 PM and invites you on an intriguing journey through 250 years of Alpine tourism history. On 6th and 13th June Trauttmansdorff after hours will be held without live music. The restaurant and café as well as the Touriseum are open. The evening guided tour in german language starts at 6.30 PM and the italian version starts at 7.00 PM.

In the beginning of June, one of the most varied and innovative street art festivals in Italy will be visiting Meran – and Dorf Tirol. For many years, Asfaltart has been a fixed point in the summer events calendar, looked forward to by locals and visitors alike. So, don’t miss out when tightrope walkers, acrobats, musicians and more show off their impressive skills in a variety of locations around the village. In case of bad weather, the event will take place in the clubhouse.

Our events is entirely dedicated to the Tyrolean sounds of our local music bands. In addition, visitors can also expect performances by our local Bavarian folk dance and folk dance groups on some evenings.

Summer evenings in Schenna: music & shopping. Stroll through the centre of the village after your evening meal, listen to music, browse in the shops and boutiques and buy some souvenirs to take home with you. In summer, contemporary and folk music bands fill the evening air with music in Schenna. Societies in Schenna also organise various forms of entertainment. Shop opening hours in the evenings: 8pm to 9:30pm.

Admiring the sunrise in the mountains is an unforgettable experience that captures us with its charm - goose bumps guaranteed. We hike up through the forest, past the Sattlerhütte and Möltner Kaser to the Stoanernen Mandln, where we are rewarded with a panoramic view. When we talk about democracy today, we usually mean representative democracy. This has not always been the case, as a look at the history of ideas shows. The relationship between democracy and representation has always been controversial: Some see representative democracy as the only pragmatic alternative to ancient direct democracy, which is no longer feasible in modern times due to the size of territorial states. For others, representative democracy is an oxymoron and should be replaced by a ‘real’ democracy as soon as possible. In the current debate on representation, both interpretations are challenged by the so-called constructivist turn. According to the thesis of the lecture, this enables a decisive shift in perspective, namely from representative democracy to democratic representation.

As part of the Red Bull X-Alps 2025, the Schenna Tourist Association is offering this guided tour at a special price. The highlight: You decide how you return to the valley! By cable car – relaxed and comfortable, or with a tandem flight – a unique experience in the air! When you register, please indicate whether you prefer to return by cable car or tandem flight. Participants who choose the tandem flight will be contacted by Tandemclub Ifinger after registration to arrange the details and finalize the booking. Here are the prices for the different flights, which you can pay directly at the Tandemclub Ifinger: 30 minutes flight time: €130 45 minutes flight time: €160 60 minutes flight time: €190 Join us and experience the Red Bull X-Alps up close – in the mountains and in the air! Ferrata info: The 550-meter elevation gain, secured with 1000 meters of steel cable, has a moderate difficulty level (A - B - B/C), making it suitable for less experienced climbers or families with children aged 14 and above who enjoy hiking and climbing! A good overall fitness level and an early start are essential to tackle the Klettersteig. The path is fully secured with steel cables, and many steep and difficult sections have been eased with footholds. However, the final section of the via ferrata, the so-called "Engelskante", is a truly impressive rock passage. Climbing time: 3 - 4 hours Return time: approx. 4:00 PM

Explore the stunning mountain landscape around Schenna on two wheels! As part of the Red Bull X-Alps 2025, bike guide Stephan will lead you on a guided e-bike tour along the route to Leiten Alm. Enjoy a diverse trail with breathtaking panoramic views, challenging climbs, and a well-earned break at the alpine hut. During the tour, you’ll also have a unique opportunity to watch the X-Alps athletes – perhaps soaring above you with their paragliders!

Flight 3×30 deluxe 2flights 1aperitif MOUNTAIN PITSTOP -We take off at 2,150 m and fly about 30 minutes -Landing at the Assenhütte at 2.000 m at Christoph’s Assenhütte -Aperitif & small typical bacon-cheese snack at the Assenhütte (approx. 30 minutes) -Then we start again and glide down into the valley (approx. 30 minutes) Note: If landing at the Assenhütte is not possible due to too strong thermals, we will fly into the valley without a stopover. Safety is our first priority! In this case we land on our landing field at the Apfelhotel in Saltaus/Passeier and enjoy an aperitif & bacon-cheese snack at the Torgglerhof.

Paragliding at sunrise attracts both adventurous outdoor vacationers as well as local South Tyroleans. By rising early, we are able to catch the awakening of nature in the mountains. The Ifinger Tandemclub Team promise you an unforgettable adventure. The trajectory of the sun and time of the year determines our departure time. Depending on the sunrise, sometimes earlier, sometimes a little later – meeting point and exact time are agreed by phone or email. The destination is the Kuhleitenhütte Refuge at 2,400 m near Merano 2000. We arrive at the take-off point in our vehicle, but some guests might prefer to negotiate the final stretch on foot. Breakfast and Flight After a hearty breakfast, we await the arrival of dawn on the refuge terrace: the first rays of sunrise announcing the start of our adventure. We then take off on our paraglider, flying above the magnificent Passeiertal Valley for between 30 – 40 mins, at an altitude of 2,050 m. The landing is near the Torgglerhof Hotel in Salthaus/Saltusio, or on the Quellenhof Golf Course. Photos and Videos The pilots will shoot spectacular footage (photos and videos) throughout the tandem flight, including the prelude at sunrise and during the actual flight. You can collect these at the valley station after the end of your flight. Prices as above.
