The boss of the Hofkaffee invites you to a dumpling cooking course and reveals tips and tricks to ensure that the classic South Tyrolean holiday dish is a success. You'll find out whether it tastes good when you eat together. The cost includes the cookery course, recipes, lunch and a small surprise in the farm shop. THE GUIDE IN THE BUS SPEAKS GERMAN AND ITALIAN! Immerse yourself in the stunning beauty of the Dolomites during our panoramic tour! We start our bus journey in Schenna and head towards the Tires Valley. From there, the route takes us through the Nigra Pass and finally past the Karer Pass back to Schenna.

Via Bozen-Trient–Verona (short stay at a motorway station), we drive along the motorway to Padua and Venice. Arrival at around 10 a.m. By boat, we make our way to Saint Mark’s square in the centre of Venice. The city is built on 118 islands and offers many palaces and churches, romantic water ways and bridges, which bear witness to the former glory of the town. We stay in Venice for approx. 5 hours and return back via the Val Sugana to Trient and from there to Bozen and Schenna.

During the farm tour at Lenkhof, you will learn all sorts of interesting facts about the individual production steps involved in making cheese and other dairy products as well as the history of the farm itself. Young farmer Georg will guide you through the barn, the processing and maturing rooms and tell you about how his animals are kept. At the end, you can of course taste the farm's own products. What is the difference between wild and farmed bees, how is a bee colony made up and how is honey actually produced? Beekeeper Walter answers all these questions and gives the participants further interesting information about the industrious helpers of our nature. With the appropriate protective equipment, you can marvel at the inner workings of a beehive and experience at first hand how honey is made, harvested and processed. At the end, you can taste the honey products made on the premises. The guided tour will be in German and Italian.

This hike promises not only breathtaking landscapes, but also insights into the history of the channels, the steppe vegetation on the Monte Sole and the thermal water of Bad Kochenmoos. From April to the beginning of November, young winemaker Lukas from the Hillepranterhof invites you to enjoy his exquisite wines every Thursday at 5:30 pm. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of viticulture on a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar. On request, you can also be served a platter of regional specialties. Winegrowing has been a tradition at the Hillepranterhof for generations. Since 2021, winemaker Lukas has been processing the grapes directly on the estate and marketing his wines independently. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Vernatsch and Pinot Noir grow on the slopes of the vineyard. The Pinot Noir is a real highlight and embodies the unique character of the terroir. Things are “young and dynamic” at the Hillepranterhof - the Kapfinger family looks forward to your visit! The event takes place in German.

The via ferrata at the tops tation of the Unterstell cable car offers 4 climbing routes with different levels of difficulty on the rock below the viewing platform Unterstell. A professional mountain guide accompanies you on the "Knott" and gives you important tips for safe climbing. Climbing on the via ferrata "Knott" is reserved for families and children form 7 years. (min. 130cm) Take the Unterstell cable car to the mountain station by 12:00 am at the latest. By showing your ticket at the mountain station, you will receive a free ticket for the ascent and descent. The kids and their family will be guided from clue to clue through Naturno and, if necessary, the adults will help with reading, writing or guessing. Where exactly does private property begin and where does public space begin? Is the border a visible fence or an invisible line? What features define public and private space, and how do they influence our everyday experience? Photographer Lukas Felder from Lana takes his camera on a visual exploration tour through the market town and explores these questions. His photographic walk is not only a documentary investigation, but also an invitation to look at the familiar surroundings from a new, critical perspective. The results of his photographic research can be seen at a specially constructed fake building site on Hofmannplatz. The installation playfully questions the boundaries between reality and staging and invites us to rethink public space.
